I have been going to Falcon Physical Therapy since 2009 for help in dealing with back spasms and for rehabilitation after knee surgeries. What keeps me coming back is having a single therapist from diagnosis through the total treatment. The therapists are willing to take me from where I am to where I need to be without a "one size fits all" mentality. When changes are needed, they make them. In all this, the therapists are pleasant people with the single aim of my wellness.

My rehab at Falcon Physical Therapy has been nothing short of stellar. Five STAR stellar! The staff is caring and knowledgeable. The facility is comfortable and easily assessable. Scheduling is flexible and customer oriented. In addition, my assigned therapist Laura Starks was amazing. She really is a credit to her profession and cares very much about the health and well being of her patients. Thanks Falcon Physical Therapy!

These people are highly unprofessional. You see a "therapist" who does an initial evaluation, then hands you off to techs or aids that basically put you on some equipment, make a feeble attempt at a massage, then hot packs. NO REAL Physical Therapy. It is an Insurance Billing Machine! A complete waste of time and money. To add to this, they are unresponsive to complaints or concerns. Go find a real therapy clinic!!!!

The therapist at Falcon PT really helped me get my strength and endurance back after a hip injury. I am now running and biking again. I appreciated the exercises she taught me and the care when I went for an appointment.
