After a surgery to repair a torn tendon in my ankle my surgeon recommended Synergy Physical Therapy and Wellness in Pueblo and I am so glad I went to them. From the very start the front desk was so friendly and helpful in getting my insurance approved and getting me scheduled. I then met the Physical Therapy staff and they totally ROCK! They gave me exercises to do which I did in their office and at home and as the strength progressed in my tendon so did my therapy. They have three different additions to traditional therapy that I found to be extremely beneficial, one is the cold laser, the second is a low frequency tens unit and the third is the dolphin. The dolphin works as a type of acupressure and they used it along the incision as the incision site even though healed felt like it was pulling when I would walk. The dolphin is totally amazing and the incision site no longer feels like it is pulling and the scar tissue is flat and flexible. Should anyone need physical therapy I would strongly recommend that they use Synergy Physical Therapy and Wellness and should I ever need physical therapy again they will be the one that I will go to. Joe, Tammi and Eric worked hard with me and gently got me up where I can walk with no pain and that is amazing. I no longer need to use a cane to walk with.

The reason I chose Synergy Physical Therapy is because my surgeon recommended them. Regionally, my shoulder surgeon is highly regarded and works with the US Olympic Team. So, yeah, I took his recommendation of Synergy to heart. From the beginning Synergy provided a systematic plan to rehab my total shoulder replacement. Gradually, they integrated new range of motion and strengthening routines into my healing. I had heard scary stories about the "torture" some patients go through in shoulder rehab, but nothing could be further from the truth at Synergy. I never felt like I was physically pushed or manipulated beyond the limits. I worked with Synergy for about 12 weeks, and they were always on time - no waiting - which was very important to me. I would highly recommend Joe and Tammy and the whole staff at Synergy for their personal and professional attention to me during my rehab. They exceeded every other rehab experience I have had.

A very good friend of mine referred me to Synergy Physical Therapy and Wellness. He had the same type of PT requirements that I did so I trusted his opinion as he had GREAT results. From the moment I first spoke with the staff, I felt very good about my decision. They were VERY professional from the front desk, to the actually therapists. I first worked with Joe Ruzich, and I understood from the first meeting he really knew his profession. He listened as I described my issues, and began helping me along with specific exercises I needed. He demonstrated how to do each one and assisted me when needed. The next therapist I worked with was Tammy, and once again she knew exactly what exercises I needed and helped me thorough each one. Today as I write this review I am well on my way to a full recovery and I cannot thank them enough for their guidance and expertise in helping me recover. I would recommend this team to anyone. After suffering with neck pain and headaches for 6+ years, I had to find a solution. I came across something called the Dolphin Neurostim. I was skeptical because it sounded too good to be true. How could this little device help me after suffering so long?! I had my first appointment with Joe at Synergy on August 14th. I have not felt this good or been this pain free in 6+ years. The result has been phenomenal, amazing, unbelievable! I really cant say enough good things about the experience. Joe and his staff are so friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Im so glad that they offer treatment with the Dolphin Neurostim. I feel like it has already changed my life. I would recommend it to anyone. If you are in pain, do yourself a favor and go see these people. You wont regret it!

I have enjoyed my experience at Synergy Physical Therapy, the staff and physical therapists are incredible. They are the nicest people and have really helped my recovery from my past right foot surgery. The therapists that I work with understand my situation completely, and have helped me get back onto walking better without pain. I like the atmosphere of the place and feel Im getting the best people to help me get back into shape. Not only do my therapists provide great exercises to help my foot, but they provide excellent treat options that includes a laser treatment which is painless and helps my foot feel better. I highly recommend going here if you need physical therapy for anything that you need help recovering from it sure has helped me out a lot so far!

Ive been suffering from a bad case of costochondritis for the past 4 months. Many times the pain got unbearable. I read about physical therapy being used for costochondritis with positive results and figured Id give it a shot. I must say that the therapy helped tremendously! Synergy has a great team who are knowledgeable, kind, and down to earth. A big thank you to Noah, Tammy, and Joseph for all your help. Synergy has a great lively environment. The staff is eager to help in any way possible. Best thing is the new technology they use especially the Dolphins lasers. I am a professional athlete and push the boundaries of my body and with their help they helped me surpress an injury that has been there for about 5 years and is now finally getting some straight and endurance. I highly recommend the dolphin laser at Synergy whether your a professional athlete or just a recovering out patient. Joe knows his stuff and continues to learn.

I liked the physical layout of the company. The therapists were friendly and knowledgeable. They were very encouraging and let me know how I was progressing with each visit. My surgeon was so pleased that he had me get a home program and cancel the last two visits. Im continuing the home therapy program until I need a total knee replacement. I will definitely go back. I have had 3 shoulder surgeries and have worked with Joe 2 out of the 3 on the rehab parts. The first by accident, the second time by choice. Joe and Tammy and the rest of the crew know what their doing and they do it right. They know when to push you and know when to back it down. Their main goal is to get you back to good. I recommend Joe and company to anyone. Great staff, friendly and professional.

Went in 10 days ago in a lot of pain and unable to do routine daily tasks. Listened to staff, got treatment, twice last week and this week, AMAZING how much better I feel. Truth be told I am the least little likely candidate to see a doctor or seek treatment but I was desperate, and I am so thankful I did!
