Very poor service. I had insurance and they couldnt verify my benefits so they waited for me to fill out all the paperwork before they said if you would like to see the doctor you would have to pay $120.00 dollars so I did pay the amount because I was very sock and couldnt wait. So they said that I could call the billing manager the next day and see if she could refund the difference of what I paid so I called there office the next day and spoke to billing manager and she said that she would get me a refund but she would have to get somebody higher up to approve refund because she doesnt normally do refunds until the end of the month. She said that she would call me back when this was approved still havent heard from her and still havent received my refund. I will never go back to this place and will not recommend this place to anybody.

Love this place. When I am sick I can be seen. If it is something that requires medication I am given my script and am out the door, and I am on my way to feeling better instead of waiting for some other doctors office to figure out if and when they can see me,( at their convenience and if you can get the doc off the golf course), no matter how sick I am my husband or my kids are. Dr Jacobsen cares, he is smart and he gets you and gets you out. Maybe the other reviewers here are looking for the Ritz Carlton to get some quick efficient medical care. THEN GO elsewhere. The receptionist is efficient and does her job just fine. She is polite.They do not overcharge. The office in front with lipo etc...is not the same doctor. AND BTW you are waiting because you are IN LINE moron. Thats the concept. First come first served.

Over the past 9 years our family had used this practice and then Dr. Jacobson left and retired. The doctor who had been his replacement was not someone whom I liked for my family, so unfortunately stopped going there for almost 1 year. HE HAS THANKFULLY LEFT and Dr. Ahuja is back and the experience is so much better and back to normal. I would recommend this care facility because of the environment, friendly staff, efficiency and personal care you receive.

Not clean. Doctor is friendly. They do liposuction in the back room? Whats with that? Plus they charge you one price when you are there, give you only your credit card receipt so you have no proof of their charge. Then they submit to insurance at a higher rate and try to balance bill for the additional amount. REPORTED TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and Connecticut ATTORNEY GENERALs OFFICE.

BEWARE. Under no circumstance should you visit this office. Doctor did not wash hands or wear gloves. He was completely unprofessional, incoherent and spoke non-sensical jiberish. Have reported to Attorney Generals Office.
