Went in with a swollen throat and swollen eyes and a fever. I didnt wait long but the doctor was very unhelpful. Earlier in the day I had hives which had disappeared by this point in the day and when I told the doctor she laughed at me and shrugged her shoulders telling her I had nothing to show her. After explaining my fatigue and symptoms to her she insisted I had allergies, to nature. Mind you Ive lived here my whole entire life and never never had a problem with allergies, she sent me out of there telling me to go buy Claritin. After my symptoms increased in the upcoming days I went to another doctor where it was found that I have mono and they prescribed me steroids which now Im starting to feel better. I wish I had gotten my medicine 4 days earlier in my initial visit to the doctor but she had no idea what she was talking about and was rude and unhelpful.

Arriving at 8:40 with a child with 103.3 fever, the 6 women at the front desk had informed me they were no longer a walk in center, but a same day center. There was no one who was able to see her. A woman suggested I try one of their satellite offices. Working in the medical field, I was appalled. There were 6 or 7 women at a front desk, and no practitioner available and they suggested I try another of their offices? I was rude and said" is it at all possible for one of you to help me call them" I used my phone and went to the walk in in Ridgefield who were wonderful. I had chosen a walkin because my pediatrician only had a 3:00 pm opening. A child with such a high fever needed medication earlier than later. Please change your listing to same day versus walk in.

FYI...The office moved down the road into Wilton Crossing. Went to Wilton walk-in the day after visiting AFC walk-in in Norwalk. Norwalk dr prescribed Tamiflu(even though flu test was negative), he checked my throat said to suck on lozengers for the pain. Within 6/7 hours my symptoms worsened, i couldnt swallow.Wilton did a simple strep test the next day and it was positive. i should have gone back but I like the fact that Wilton is 1 day appointment ( so your not waiting there feeling horrible for 20/30 minutes) Both offices had very nice people working there. I had already been sick for 20 hours upon my visit to AFC .

Went in for a scheduled physical and the staff was fantastic. They went above and beyond any physical Ive had before. Francine my nurse was especially great. I would recommend to my family.

Excellent! Had clogged ear(s) and wanted immediate attention. Dr. Schorman and staff were professional, attentive and courteous, I left with unclogged ears at a very reasonable price.
