Nothing but a bunch of unprofessional people... I felt like I was in the middle of a sales pitch from the second I walked in. Their website claims they take Blue Cross / Shield and they dont. I paid a smal co-pay but then got a talk about how I would get a bill from my insurance that would have to be given to them since they were out of network. They didnt even make a photocopy of my insurance card, or my drivers license. They simply "took my word" for my insurance information. The Chiropractor is far from professional, used several swear words during my "initial exam", was stumbling all over his diagnosis, his office was poorly put together (his desk looked like it came from Ikea) and my 30 minute theraputic massage only lasted 20 minutes. The Massage was the only positive experience, but the fact that I was shorted 10 minutes ticked me off. When I left, they tried to schedule me for 2 more sessions the following week, gave me a Rx for an x-ray, and had all sorts of plans to get me to come back for "Chiropractic Treatment". They dont even have a licensened MD or Nurse on Staff! Stay away from this place COMPLETELY. Find yourself a real physical therapy office recommmended by your Primary Care Physician.

Despues de haber visitado varios Quiropracticos y seguir con mi dolor de cadera. tuve la fortuna de encontrarme con la oficina de quiropracticos de IMED CENTERS en Norwalk CT, donde con terapia, masaje y un control semanal pude lograr mi recuperacion y sentirme hoy liberada de tanto dolor y poder disfrutar de mis actividades Normales. Gracias a mi Doctor Quiropractico y al grupo de profesionales por ser tan dedicados a cada uno de sus pacientes. Nunca voy a dejar de estar agradecida..

I am a mother of 6 and can not recommend Dr. G or any of his offices high enough. The staff at IMC is always top notch, and the staff is held to very high standards, which I why I believe some of the new staff doesnt always last. Dr. G caught a heart condition in one of my sons that no one had ever found, and my husbands debilitating back pain never felt better than it did under IMCs therapy regiment. My other son recently broke his wrist and has had a lot of pain in recovery, and IMC went above and beyond in their coordination of care with his specialist. From what I understand, because of their strong mission of doing good for the community, they are one of the only offices in that area that accept medicaid.

Everyone is very helpful and makes sure I always have the best experience possible. I love that it is a one stop for all my providers and dont need to go from practice to practice, I can see my chiropractor, massage therapist, physical therapist, nutritionist and doctor all in one place. I have been coming to IMed for many years and it is nice that they care personally about me and how I feel.

I could not be happier with the care I received at Norwalk Integrated Medical center. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The chiropractor was great and spent a lot of time with me figuring out exactly what was wrong. The massage therapists were fantastic and very thorough. I was given exercises to do at home and Im feeling so much better. So glad I found this place!

I work sitting in front of a computer all day and developed neck and back pain. One of my co-workers recommended imed centers and Im glad I tried it. Their doctors and therapists worked hard to help me get rid of my pain. Once I was pain free, they showed me different exercises to do at work to avoid getting the same pains. I highly recommend them.

Grossly mismanaged! They had a great nurse practitioner there, now shes gone and the place has gone totally downhill. Nobody knows what their doing! They "lost" my file and are completely disorganized. The chiropractor is obnoxious and unprofessional and the receptionist is a total moron. Stay far, far away from this place!

I needed a physical for my new job and couldnt find availabilities anywhere. At the Integrated Medical Center they were able to book me for an appointment that afternoon. They have a great program for diabetes management so my father is going to go see the nurse practitioner as well.
