DO NOT GO HERE IF TRANS!!! Dr. Rubin took over for their previous trans health care provider and was awful. He questioned my identity, was confused by the idea of someone who wasnt binary ftm/mtf and was unprepared to treat someone who was gnc/nonbinary. I have a secondary health issue and he suggested we get my "necessary" medical care taken care of (for which Im seeing two other specialists who both said hormones would be fine) before this "elective" hormone therapy. Hormones arent elective; theyre life saving. Eventually, about 3 weeks after the initial appointment, I got a call from them saying that Dr. Rubin "didnt feel comfortable" treating me, for whatever reason. (However, the staff and nurses were very nice.)

I am very saddened that Dr. Gary Blick has retired due to illness and hell be no longer fully functioning at Circle Care Center. He is one of the best and knowledgeable doctors that I have ever met. Both me and my companion will sorely miss his intelligence, and his extreme talent. I truly hope that Circle Care Center performs to Garys HIGH standard of care; but only time will tell. aka: Crossing Fingers and saying a Prayer.

Ive had very good experiences. Staff is understanding and responsive. Multiple resources that cover everything from primary care to mental health. Also they have this super cool fish tank that has many of the fish from Finding Nemo. Except for sharks. Sometimes you cant have it all as far as fish tanks go.

I got the prescription I needed in 2 weeks and started 1 week after my blood test. They are very fast and kind and helped me get what I needed in a total of 3 weeks when my physician put me on a 1 year waiting list at Yale.
