Dr Presti was a great dentist and will be missed. Since he passed away, the new guy, Pereira that took over the practice is terrible. He was 45 minutes late for my first appointment and an hour late for my second/last. No apology when he walked in the room then proceeded to treat me as if I was an inconvenience for being there. I asked him, "What can we do to fix my filling?" Pereira began listing random dental procedures such root canal, extracting the tooth etc. I asked, "Do I need those procedures, I didnt think it was that bad?" He responded, "No, I was telling you what I can do. You asked a question and Im answering it." This was after being an unapologetic hour late. I said, Ok, Im leaving" and before I could finish that sentence, he said, "Dont forget your coat - do you want me to send your records somewhere?" I would suggest finding another practice as many of Dr. Prestis old patients are doing now.

Dr. Pereira is extremely bright, thoughtful, diligent, and warm just like the rest of his team. After a thorough examination, he brought up to my attention issues that were neglected by my previous dentists. The hygienist Anouchka and Dr. Pereira both performed a technique to screen for tongue and oral cancers which are extremely important and not that many dentists do it unless you bring it up and request it done. Being a healthcare professional myself I think I finally found my dentist. :)

I was having terrible pain and have always been afraid of the dentist. I had heard of Dr. Pereira through a friend, he took my call on a weekend and managed to see me right away. Took care of my issue and I was able to get back to work with minimal downtime. I would definitely recommend him for his warm caring bedside manner and attention to detail. He takes care of me and my family now for the last 3 years.

I got my teeth cleaned as usual but the lovely Anouchka (5 years+). Then Dr Periera came in and noticed a spot he could fill. 6 minutes-tops. Bonus, I could eat or drink right away with this type of filling. dr. Pereira is super nice and easy to talk to. It feels like visiting friends. The office is gorgeous too. I wish I could give this office more than 5 stars. Highly recommend!

I was very happy, however, that the team - Anushka, the hygienist, Cheryl in admin, etc. - stayed together for the transition. And the new dentist seems very much on top of his field.
