I would give no stars if it were an option. Staff is nice enough when you dont ask questions. After having to schedule 4 different appointments in a single month to have my daughters cavity filled believe me I began asking questions only to receive very rude additue from extremely unhelpful staff. When the tooth become infected from not being treating in a timely manner she was brought to another pediatric dentistry that informed me we would now need to pull the tooth. When explaining that I had decided on another dental office the staff attempted to refuse to provide me with my daughters patient files and x rays. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. My daughter was given laughing gas for them to put a sealant on her tooth. And had appointments that were made to fill her cavity written off on file as oral evaluation (she had just had an evaluation and cleaning 1 week prior) and applied sealant. After being told that the infection my daughter had to endure and the extraction of her tooth was caused by a known cavity that purposely went untreated I will never look at this place the same way. Please be vigilant and ask questions when letting them treat your kids. I am told that any and all information regarding my child will be given to me yet when I inquired about additional paperwork to keep on file I was told that it had all been shredded instead of added to my childs patient file.

I love how great the staff was when I had to bring my daughter to have some extractions done but I wasnt as pleased when I decided to being my 2 year old son. My appointment was really fast (which is good for him) but they waited until after the cleaning to tell me that the doctor went home early because she wasnt feeling well. I have no problem with the doctor going to rest but the office should have called me to notify me and given me the option to reschedule or still come in. All they had to say was, "sorry and we can make the next appointment right know for you". I wanted it all done Im one visit because he doesnt like the dentist. I politely said I would call them to schedule but now I think Im done. Im disappointed with todays visit.

I have 3 children, ages 6, 11, and 12. Dr.Julia did an amazing job at making my children feel comfortable. While performing the dental exam she explained in detail what she found and the treatment plan that would follow. My 11yr old daughter needed a tooth pulled and Dr. Julia made her feel so safe by explaining everything she was about to do and what to expect. My daughter felt so comfortable she didnt even want to hold my hand while in the chair. I also like the fact that she spoke directly to my kids and not just to me so the kids felt involved. I have to say this was the best experience Ive had at a dental office so far! I highly recommend Dr.Julia for any child who if afraid of the dentist. She is amazing!!!!!

By far the best dentist Ive been too EVER. They take care of the children so well, and my son is 5, has multiple disabilities including autism, and refused any dentist to touch him after a bad experience somewhere else.. until we brought him here! He warmed up instantly to them and loves the quieter atmosphere and genuine compassion you instantly feel from them =] To me, that shows that they know what they are doing!! They are so friendly, so accommodating, and our permanent dentist! I dont leave reviews generally, but the ladies there deserve the recognition! Love, shannon, touria, and jerimiah =]

I know some ( or many)would say its not easy to impress me, and I would have to say its true! After three unsuccessful attempts at general dentist , my nephew ( age 6) was treated by dr Julia and let me tell you he was a changed little guy. He talked about dr Julia with a smile on his face and he was looking forward to his next appointment. After showing off his new stainless steel crowns (yes,unfortunately he had to get them)he said to me " auntie, Im not scared of dentist anymore" Honestly, I dont know how dr Julia did it but I can tell you that I am most definitely impressed!!!! Thank you Dr Julia

Beautiful, kid friendly office with new up to date equipment and a friendly staff! The dentist is so kind and patient with the children. So happy to have them so close to home. For anyone unsure, stop by and visit and witness what i am talking about! Definately recommend to all family and friends as well as anyone with children who have yet to experience a fun and calming dental environment!

Excellent facility, highly recommend! I have 3 toddler & this was their 1st trip to the dentist. The staff was great about accommodating us when we needed to change an appointment. The kids were excited to be there as soon as we walked in the door. They were very quick & helped ease the kids fears. They didnt want to leave! I cant recommend them enough, fast, friendly, & clean.

I brought my sons Ariel & David in for their first visit as new patients to this office and they absolutely adored it! Felt comfortable with the staff and surrounding environment. I took 2 of my children and both of them were very happy as was I with the treatment provided by Dr. Bonks and her staff. She was very efficient and explained everything not only to me but also my children as to what work was going to be and/or will get done. When your kids says "Im so glad we came here" you know youve found a good place.

After having a bad experience at another dental office I am glad to say that this is my kids new dental home. My youngest has very bad dental anxiety and thanks to Dr. Julia and her amazing assistants my kids teeth look better than ever. I am so happy that I brought my kids here.
