I fell and broke a tooth on my upper denture and found this practice on line. I called and was offered an appointment for that day. I went the next day and had Dr. Ella, and was so pleasantly surprised to not be turned away when they found out I had had much dental work done at Aspen Dental, as usually happens. No one wants to touch an Aspen Dental Client, I have found, and I would rather go about with a broken tooth to ever enter their doors again, as my experience with them had been terrible, a new dentist every time I went in, things not being explained, etc. (I could go on, but wont.) The receptionist, Dr. Ella and her assistant were all so kind and friendly (and all are cat lovers like me,) so we enjoyed our time together. I went back the next day (with pictures of my cats at their urging,) and my tooth had been fixed beautifully, my upper denture had been cleaned, and they fit so well in my mouth. When Dr. Ella presented me with the bill, I sort of gasped, and she said "Too much?" I said that I was stunned at how reasonable the charges were! On a funny note, I take the ADA van for Seniors and they dropped me off at a flight of stairs, so I climbed up, opened the door, went in, and sat down, puzzled at the looks of the "waiting area" which was small and didnt have many chairs. After a minute or so, a smiling, handsome young man came in and asked "Are you waiting?" When I said yes, he held out his hand and said "Let me take you to the reception area." I realized I had been sitting in Doctor Katzs office, but he waylaid any embarrasment and was very sweet. (I had been dropped off at the wrong entrance.) They were efficient without rushing me, took time to listen to my concerns, and the wait time was about 5 minutes. I highly recommend this practice for anybody needing reasonable, well done and friendly service!
