I had always been very happy with Dr. Dental, but when my Dr (who I loved!) abruptly had to permanently return to India due to problems with his work visa (I was never even notified of this, found out when I called for an appointment) I had to come into the Enfield location for an emergency root canal. Dr. Lee preformed the procedure. It was honestly the most painful experience of my life. She didnt use enough novacain and even when I asked for more she said I had enough and that the pain was because of the infection and would stop soon. That NEVER happened. I was left alone mid procedure TWICE so she could work on another patient. At this point the pain was so terrible I was sitting waiting crying because it hurt so bad and no one asked if I was okay or offered to help me somehow. After all the pain and this horrible experience they never get back to me to come in for the crown when my insurance approved it. I had to call them and my insurance company. Come to find out after that horrible experience the root canal was done so poorly my insurance refused to pay for it! The only way they would get paid is if the dentist redid the procedure. Not thank you, I had to see an endontic specialist which my insurance didnt cover to have the problem correctly dealt with. Also, any time I asked for the managers contact info I was told they "dont have any" and refused to even name their supervisor. When I finally got in touch with her (my insurance company had to track her down) she was very nice and apologetic she also mentioned that Dr. Lee has a reputation for being a bit painful when she does root canals. Dr. Dental isnt a bad company overall, but they really need to work with their staff on how they talk to and treat their patients. The whole process was truly miserable and I will never go back to Dr. Lee again.

I have a terrible phobia of dentists, always had bad experiences. I went to Aspen dental because they offered sedation etc. They gave me a wrote up bill of over $15,000 telling me I needed root canals of 5 teeth and extractions on two. Basically I was devastated. I went to Dr dental after one of my teeth broke just needing to get it out. He looked at my teeth and told me I needed cavities filled and the tooth that I was told needed to be extracted can be saved with a root canal. I was completely shocked. After he looked at my teeth he gave me a bill of only $4200. All the teeth that were supposed to be root canals were just cavaties. Aspen would have had me destroy and lose my teeth and he just told me none of that was true! I made an appointment asap. They prescribed me a valium and still I was terrified. All I can say are wonderful things. He was kind and attentive, asked me how I felt and calmed me down through the whole thing. He took his time and was so comforting and I actually felt safe. He did a great job and was thorough. All the people working in his office were sweet and you can tell they are actually there for the people and genuinely want to help. I will always go to them, they went above and beyond and gave me hope that my teeth actually werent destroyed. I went from the notion I was going to need partial dentures and all my molars needing to be removed, to only having cavities and one root canal. I cant recommend them enough! He is an amazing dentist and even the office staff are sweet and are as helpful as possible. Definitely will continue to use them and I know Ill leave with my wallet not being abused and knowing I am safe while he works on my teeth, if I could I give them more than just 5 stars!

This is Melony Drewnowski. I was seen at Dr Dental on June 1st. I have been to many of other dentists before and so very concerned about going. This dentist and nurses set my mind at ease as soon as I walked in. I was there to have my last 5 teeth pulled, it had been tried before but the pain was so bad I stopped it. Well this place was so good that they gave me the needles to numb me up and I didnt really even feel them. Then when it came time to pull the teeth. The dentist told me to open my mouth he was just going to look well 3 minutes later he was telling the nurse to give me gauze. I was like oh are they going to be hard to pull. He looked at me and said no they are all out. This was the best experience that I have ever had at a dentist. I would tell all my family and friends to go here. They were quick, nice and it was a very nice place. Thanks again for making me feel very comfortable when I was scared out of my mind. Now they are going to start working on my dentures in just a few weeks.

Its been a little bit since Ive seen the dentist, and I knew it was time to get checked out. I know that no one really "likes" the dentist, but Im one of those people who get extremely anxious during dentist appointments. I read the Google reviews regarding the Enfield Dr. Dental, and figured I would give them a try. I got an appointment the same week. I was treated so kindly from the moment I gave them a call to schedule, all the way through my appointments. The staff are super friendly, and it seems like they genuinely enjoy what they do. I had to schedule an additional appointment to have some work done. I am so impressed by how great of work the doctor did. I had no discomfort or pain, contrary to how I remember visits to previous dentist offices in the past. If youre looking for a new dentist, or have been putting off going to the dentist for a little bit, I highly recommend Dr. Dental in Enfield. They will be my new dentist from here on out.

Had a WONDERFUL experience at the Enfield Dr dental location. By far one of the best dental office visits I have ever had. The front office was small but clean and neat and even offered water refreshment. The front desk woman working at the time of my visit ( LILY) was very attentive and helpful. Even thought Lily looked to be very busy upon my arrival she was able to get me checked in with ease. The office manager (ITALIA) was also present during my front desk interaction. She looked to be very professional and seemed to have great control over the operations of the office. Last but not least the doctor ( Dr Mehta), on first impression she was very sweet and calm. She was very gentle and thorough with my cleaning. I couldnt help but to smile as I left the office that day to show off my “pearly whites” . Job WELL DONE to all of those whom were working that day, I couldnt say enough good things about these professional ladies.

I havent been to the dentist in 10 years. They were extremely professional and friendly. I explained my concerns about getting through the exam and they walked me through each step and got me through without any anxiety on my part. Looking forward to getting the rest of my work done there with the treatment plan they mapped out for me. Definitely check them out, especially if you have dental anxiety or youre just uncomfortable with the whole concept of having someone work on your teeth. That was when I started seeing them last winter. Today I went in for my six month cleaning and checkup and office is getting even better. Im doing very well with the treatment plan they started earlier in the year. Today we found a minor issue that needed to be fixed and they took care of it in just a few minutes so I didnt have to schedule another visit. Every trip there I feel so much better about my smile.
