This office USE TO BE compassionate and fair. They were (past tense) friendly and they USE to get me in really quick, if I have any issue. (and I have had a few) DENTAL IMPLANTS ARE A NIGHTMARE. BUYER BEWARE!!! Dr Scoles discovered that my implant failed, and he not only referred me back to the periodontist, but they spoke on the phone.(They were trashing me and figuring out how to get rid of me) Dr. Scoles WAS going to install the new crown, at no extra charge because I paid in FULL IN ADVANCE & I only got to chew for 3 months!. I am so relieved to have someone I can count on??? Well, that all changed because he is a spiteful dentist who is not a person of his word. He assured me, he would REDO the crown at no cost because paying $3,500.00, for ONE crown would not only be BAD customer service, its just bad business. AMENDED REVIEW!!! DR SCOLES OFFICE sent me a letter that said "I have NO CREDIT balance" and there is no payment from my dental insurance, so now, that they are not people of their word, they get STARS subtracted from my original review. I also now have to follow this up with Dept Of Consumer Protection since they helped me get a refund from that puke Dr. Laporta. These dental thieves think they are going to be paid for (3) crowns when they only did (2)? Let the negative reviews start rolling in as they should. (PLUS I TWEET THEM) YELP, SITE JABBER. We are done and I am leaving this office based on this latest announcement from this office.

I have been going to Glastonbury Dental Associates for almost 8 years for routine cleanings, fillings, root canals and crowns. I see Dr. Matthew Scoles and I cant say enough good things about him and his staff. They are always on time, friendly and I never feel rushed. They are up to date on the newest technology and treatments and they take the time to explain everything so I know my options. I appreciate that they offer early morning and evening appointments that accomodate my work schedule and in an emergency they have been able to squeeze me in the same day. As for billing, they give me an estimate of what I will owe out of pocket so there are never any surprises. I used to dread going to the dentist but Dr. Matt makes my experience as painless as possible...literally and figuratively. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I have been a patient at Glastonbury Dental Associates for over 25 years and have received exceptional care and service from Dr. Susat and the entire staff, from Denise to Linda to Carol to Mary to Judy and more. Every emergency for my family has been handled professionally and personally , even on the very few occasions when my dentist has been unavailable. Caring and consideration were always at the forefront of any procedures or issues. Amazingly new efficient procedures and technologies continued to appear while I entrusted my familys dental care to this practice. I have never been disappointed and continue to appreciate all they do.

Billing practices are a little sketchy here..... not too organized when it comes to billing and verifying patients insurance before services ar rendered. My balance forward was orignally much higher than it should have been. Then they found out they had made an errors and not coded everything correctly. Once the office did finally find and corrected the error, then my insurance covered the portion it shouldve. Office staff couldve been more helpful and organized - especially with billing. Dental service itself actually wasnt all that bad.

Being a total coward about going to the dentist, I can honestly say that going to this practice has totally changed my perspective on good dental care. I have never waited more than 4 or 5 minutes in the waiting area. The staff is very friendly and treats each client like a personal friend. I have had Dr. Matt take the time to carefully outline procedures that were very frightening to me and everyone goes out of their way to help you feel comfortable and at ease. I recommend everyone I know to give these lovely people a call.

I was referred to this practice from a friend. Very experienced and pleasant staff--Dr. Scoles, Lauren, Susan, Lonnie and the rest of the staff. Everyone is a perfectionist and thats what I want with dental care. Dr. Scoles and Lauren are sensitive to my anxiety with dental work. The extended hours on Monday evening really help with my schedule rt. Very happy with this practice. See first statement. I would recommend this place because I know you do a great job.

Glastonbury Dental uses the most current technology to provide a high standard of care. Imagine having a new crown prepped, prepared and delivered all in one visit! Amazing! And easy! Dr. Scoles is so efficient and capable, as is my hygienist, Lauren, and the rest of the staff--so professional and friendly. I feel as though my health is in really competent hands. The late hours on Monday are perfect for people who can not get out of work until 4pm. Wether you are there for a cleaning or other procedures they have your best interest at heart. Great Dentist!

I have been a patient of GDA since I was a kid. I go twice a year for cleanings and look forward to my visit every time. They are friendly at the front desk and get me in quick. My hygienist (Faith) is amazing! She is attentive both in conversation and with her work. She is also gentle while cleaning and gets the job done quick and efficiently so that I can get back to work.

The entire staff at Glastonbury Dental is very friendly and, at the same time professional. They let you know what they see as potential problems, lay out the options, and let you decide what to do and when. They do all the work with your insurance company, and let you know up front what your insurer will pay, and your share of the cost

I stopped in for a broken filling and they replaced it in less than an hour. Ive hard dental problems throughout my life, and thus have spent a lot of time in dentists chairs. I have had a lot of dentists, and Dr. Marc Scoles is the best Ive ever had. He was efficient, considerate, and extremely skillful. Highly recommended.

Dr. Scoles was scheduled to fill a little gap between two of my teenage daughters teeth, but ended up also evening out a minor imbalance with her two front teeth and smoothing ridges, etc. He gave her star treatment and her smile is beautiful. Note: still only charged for original scheduled procedure.
