The staff is professional and amazing. They provided me with friendly service and the doctor ensured I understood every that was said. I was taken very quickly, given x-rays and seen by a doctor in under an hour. They were lovely and I would never go to a different urgent care facility this one is the best! Dont forget that Urgent Care is meant to be quick. Some of the negative reviews forget that this service should not replace your primary care doctor and you should not expect the same service as your PCP when Urgent Care is busy. They do a wonderful job but they arent meant to replace your PCP.

Ive been here twice, once for an eye infection and once for a bad cough. Both times, I wasnt able to fit an appointment with my primary care doctor and it was great to be able to stop in at my convenience. The office staff and nurses are very friendly and welcoming. The doctors I saw were very professional, caring, and took their time to discuss my health overall in addition to addressing the problems I came in for; I didnt feel rushed at all. After examining me, Dr. Shahid ordered extra lab work that caught a more serious infection and switched my antibiotic accordingly, and Im recovering well.

Dr. Querido is the best. However the follow up is terrible. I still am confused about my test results. Ive called a few times. There was confusion on communication on a prescription and I still have not received a response or anything to alleviate my confusion. Ive called and walked in on a morning when it was not busy and had to walk out because they were taking really long. Im still waiting for a call back. Also, the person at the front desk was discussing my situation out loud where everybody could hear. The results should be given by somebody who knows what they are talking about.

Went for a foot injury and had a great experience from registration to the triage, x-ray and the doctor. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the doctor and him taking the time to understand my problem, talk through the issue and explain treatment plan. Wait time was only 15 minutes from the time I registered to the time I was talking to the doctor, and this included paperwork and nurse triage. Will absolutely use again if needed.

Such a pleasant experience! I took my daughter to be seen after a fall during Spring break in Fairfield, with a swollen forehead and a cut in her face. Were saluted by a sweet and polite Dr Susan Querido who did a thorough exam for concussion and a excellent job stitching her forehead. The nurses were great at reassuring specially Marsha. The office is clean and Efficient. I wonder if they have an AFC in my city in California.

AFC Urgent Care does a great job taking care of their patients ! My Wife went there first after breaking her foot, my Son had gone there for a puzzling skin infection, Ive gone there for sinus infections/sore throats, ear infections. Waiting times are very reasonable, support staff and doctors really are very attentive and have provided excellent treatment. Would highly recommend!

Coming here was one of the most pleasant medical experiences of my life. Every single staff member was so nice and helpful. The doctor that saw me, Dr. Waseem Shahid, was as pleasant as he could be and was able to diagnose my illness promptly when 3 other previous physicians had not. I was also in and out in less than a hour. You should go here for any of your medical needs.

I went in two weeks ago and was told my insurance covered my visit. Two weeks later and I havent spoken with anyone regarding my visit and Im charged $1500 for a 2 hours visit which included an hour and a half of waiting, 2 mins to speak with a doctor who gave me no advice or knowledge on my ailment, and the rest of the time filling out paperwork. Great job! Not.....

Longest wait time ever. Went in for a tuberculosis test that took an hour and 15 minutes for a procedure that takes about two seconds. Went back in to get it checked two days later and it took them another hour for the doctor to check it and tell me that I dont have TB. Doctor completely does not know what time management is. Thanks for wasting my time and $35 bucks!

Perhaps Urgent is a subjective term. I dont mind waiting if someplace is busy, but I literally was one of two people in the office and the first one left without being seen. It took 1/2 hour to get my information into the system, and another 1/2 hour to be seen. Then, when I went to my pharmacy, the prescription had not been called in. Not a good experience.

Dr. Waseem Shahid, MD is incredible. He told me all the things I needed to know to get better as quickly as possible, including both home remedies and prescription meds to aid me back to health. He listened to my medical needs and prescribed exactly what I needed. If you come here -- see him! All of the staff is delightful and helpful.

I just wanted to be seen fast, get my prescription without waiting. This place really blew my mind with their genuine care. I was seen in 20 minutes, everyone was kind, courteous and professional. I was feeling miserable and their kindness made it all better. This office is well organized and clean. Dr Susan querico is amazing

Went to AFC on 3/22. The staff was extremely friendly, the place was clean and organized. The nurse that assisted me was great and doctor Querido was amazing. I really like the fact that they are open until 8pm. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for good medical care. Thank You AFC!

I went in to the Urgent Care on Black Rock Tpk. with a fishing hook stuck in my hand. Under the circumstances my experience could not have been any better. Dr. Shahid and his nurse Rebecca are exceptionally skilled as well as personable. I would definitely go back to them over the ER.
