I had gone to STAT after work one day because my foot was swollen for a few days and not getting better. The doctor that saw me ran no tests and said I had Gout and prescribed me antibiotics. After another week of no improvement and pain i went to another doctor and it turns out i had a hairline fracture in my metatorcel. I called and got an apology and thats it. I also had an issue that my insurance wanted more information and asked them to send it. About 6 months later I had no choice but to go to another STAT for a sore throat and they almost refused to see me saying I had a balance due. They never sent the insurance company the information and now I am in collections for that. 3 years later I go to a new STAT and there is ANOTHER balance due for a visit that I never even received paperwork on. And I paid for this visit to have the doctor tell me they cant do anything for me, I have to see an ENT. What is the point of this place? Last time I will go to STAT

I was there with my daughter on this past Saturday. It was very, very busy- but I was so happy that I waited and did not leave! The PA that evaluated my daughter was amazing. She sat down and spoke with her (and me) before even examining her. This made my very nervous little girl at ease- which immediately calmed me as well! Despite being so busy in the office, PA Brianna, listened to my concerns and took the time to reassure me... which is exactly what parents need. Brianna was knowledgeable, caring, and understanding of my concerns as well as putting a very scared and timid child at ease. My daughter arrived at STAT health crying, and thanks to PA Brianna, she left with a smile. I cannot thank this office enough.

Its close by our house so its convenient and dont need an appointment but the experience varies based on the doctor. One doctor gave us a lecture about antibiotics even though my daughter had strep and he was giving us a perscription. He still wanted to lecture us about the overuse. Another doctor was more interested in the travel show on the TV in the room then paying attention to us. We have had good experiences with both doctor Goldstein and Dr. Shallot. she we call first to see if either of them is in. If not, we take the ride to our regular family doctor.

This was my first time here, lets me just start with the girl at the front desk, she was new, very nice and helpful. 2nd I didnt have to wait to long..3rd the guy Ben who took my blood pressure very sweet.. 4th Val the PA I wouldnt know where to start, she was awesome! Will the guy who had to get my earring off, very friendly.. Angela who to give me meds friendly as well.. All in all the place was very welcoming! If I could give them more stars then a 5 I would.. You said there werent kind and caring people in this world..

Extremely high quality care. Im grateful to have had this doctor when my son was very ill with pneumonia. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable. She swiftly made an accurate diagnosis and identified the necessary course of treatment. In addition, the doctor eased my mind by keeping me informed of what was being done and why, and also spoke to my son with honesty and care, which greatly lessened his stress, as well. My son made a full and quick recovery.

Every time I go there I always have a problem. I am always misdiagnosed and their wait time is incredibly long. They dont care about their patients as they left me in the room once for 40 minutes when they were "writing my prescription" where they forgot about my presence. I would not recommend to others. Please use this review if you plan on going there. So dissatisfied and they are so untrustable.

This place is a JOKE. The staff is one of the nastiest is disgusting... I would rather be sick dying than walk into this place and deal with the wicked desk girls and the rest of them..

Very helpful and friendly. The doctor really listened to me, and I didnt feel rushed to get out of there (like I have in other places). I definitely recommend this place.

Definitely the walk-in to go to if you want correct medical care. Hope you get Dr. Tottenham because she is super-skilled in diagnosis, plus she cares about you.
