This doctor is careless about his patients. I have been waiting for 6 weeks for him to refill my prescription and his staff says that they are too busy to send in the pre authorization required for the medicine. After chasing him for 4 weeks he prescribed a medicine that is not available at any pharmacy. He never returns phone calls and his assistant Trish is always avoiding calls. The answering service will either say she is out to lunch or left early for the day. I had to threaten the answering service that I will report this doctor to the group and lo and behold Trish picked up the phone ! when I visited his office yesterday all he could respond was a poker face and still no answer why he is not able to refill my prescription. He was clueless with reality and responded to explain to me the side effects of the medicine he had substituted my original medicine with. Really ? what kind of a doctor will allow his patient to go without an important medicine for 6 weeks !!!
