NEVER and I mean NEVER go to this place. YOU MUST READ THIS, YOU WONT BELIEVE IT. I went to the Urgent Care yesterday, to have a tick bite checked out, the PA, not doctor, told me that it was fine, I trusted and believed him, You think he would know, so I asked If I could at least have the one dose of antibiotic as a precautionary step, he didnt really want to, but finally agreed. The area where the tick bit me, was a red circle, that was red throughout. I had always heard the term bullseye rash, so it didnt look like a bullseye to me, so I thought maybe he was right. The next day, I was at the hospital visiting my mom, who is fighting for her life, and while she was sleeping a nurse and doctor came in, I asked them to take a quick look, they took one look and both agreed it looked very much so like lyme disease, and I should get that evaluated immediately. I told them I did and they were shocked, that he said it wasnt. So, I go back and tell Urgent Care and say, hey, this red circle is now just like a bullseye, and I had a nurse and a doctor, not only tell me, hey, yes that looks like lyme, but that lots of times lyme disease starts out like a solid red circle. I told them this and they told that, It doesnt matter, that is just your opinion. I told them hey, I was here yesterday, and he looked at it and misdiagnosed it. I just want him to change to the required 14-21 day course of antibiotics. He can look at it again and see I am telling him the truth. They said he will, but it will cost you another $150. I told them I dont understand, he blew the call, why do I have to pay again. They said that is just how it works, I was like really, he screws up and I have to pay for it. I walked out, BUT IT GETS WORSE, CONTINUE READING!! I called my mom and was talking to her about it, and she said, do you mean Urgent Care on Franklin Ave., I said yes, she raised her voice and said, that was the PA who told me to just stay on the meds he prescribed me, and not to worry about it, which is how she wound up in the ICU in the first place. Yes, believe or not , my mom almost died, because of this jack ass. When they brought her in they said one more day and she would have been dead. Because of his error, my mom didnt go to the emergency room for almost two weeks.My mom is still fighting for her life because of this. I cant even believe a place like this exist. I am calling cooperate next, until somebodys head roles for this.

Typically I do not write reviews, but this is the 3rd time in 2 months I have been to this urgent care facility. All 3 of my experiences interacting with the receptionists have been the same. Cell phones out, gum chewing/popping; Reluctance to help or answer questions. I decided to try this urgent care because it is new and clean with new equipment, but if I have urgent care needs again, I will go back to the older one on Franklin ave.

High level professional , well organized and efficient staff. First time using this kind of facility. I am very impressed-40 min door to door care-evaluation, exam, X-rays, and care instructions. Follow up next day phone call by MD puts this facility over the top! This is the place to visit for non life threatening emergency services !

Amazing and fast service. In and out and medication was prescribed that helped me get rid of my allergic reaction fast. Amazing staff clean place and they have a kids play area. While u see the doctor, the kids can enjoy play time. Save your time from the ER and go here.

Very clean place! I got there when they where about to close so the front desk was a little be upset (like I planned the emergency to happen at this time). The doctor was nice and I did received a call the day after to follow up ( really appreciate this part).

They sent me a 45 dollar bill after my copay.. I had a sinus infection didnt feel like going to my internist so I went and saw a physicians assistant and was charged three times as much as if I had seen an actual doctor!! Do not go here!
