Dr. Kirk knows hes stuff and he really is a good teacher explains things to his assistant really making sure they understand. Which hearing him talk about what he was doing was actually helpful for me to relax then worry. I didnt really like how I had one dental assistant for the begining of my procedure and then switch to another dental assistant. I guess I just like things to be the same in a event like this. Also the front office made a copy of my x-rays but when i arrived they couldnt find them. No biggy but then was I was leaving the first dental assistant said she was going to go over my home care procedure. Yeah that never happend. The 2nd dental assistant hand me the freaking home care procedure paper and says r u ok? No I cant talk I would like u do ur job and explain to me like the other lady said she would but I cant say that cause my mouth is all numb. Then I go to scheduele my follow up at the front desk and they forgot to hand me the procedure care paperwork so I had to have my husband drive back to pick up then piece of paper. Dr. MICHAEL KIRK great guy know his stuff but the staff needs to focus on just a few details. Overall nice staff and wonderful doctor who truly cares for his patients.

While my visit on February 1, 2016, was just okay, I had an 11:30 appointment and wasnt called in to be seen until 12:15. I was told my x-ray would be submitted to my insurance company within 48 hours. I called today, February 12, 2016, to see if they had heard back and was told they just submitted it this past Tuesday, February 9, 2016. Their excuse was someone was on vacation and they were closed Friday, February 5, 20l6, and Monday, February 8, 20l6, due to snow storms. To me, this is unacceptable. They should change their name to NEW LONDON DENTAL DOESNT CARE. Now I am being told it could take up to four weeks or longer to hear back from my insurance, when I was told it would take two to three weeks. I wish my insurance sent me to another dentist, but unfortunately, I am stuck with them. I cannot even rate them because I dont feel they deserve even one star. But, their site forces you to rate them before you can publish your opinion. So, with half a heart, I will give them one star but rest assure, that in my head and heart it is a negative one star. And not "Hated it" but rather "Hates it"!!

I was very fortunet to meet Linda office manager at Groton Fest. I told her of my bad experience and she got me right in. I had broke a tooth for so long I have been embarassed. I akways was told pull it by other dentists. I knew better my smile was everything to me but i was so afraid if the result. I met Dr Park he not only cares and is so kind not mention he is the best in field I had a shot of novacaine in the roof of my mouth I never felt it he reconstructed so well y .ou cant tell the difference. I can smile. He hygenist/assistant Kelm she us great she helped through my anxiety and never felt I was being judged as I have in the past shes an asset ti the team. Thank you you have given me my life and confidence back. Also thanks to front desk girls for there kindness and patience .

If I could give it no stars I would. All the work I needed done was. However 4 months later I was having issues with work they did..went to another dentist to find out they screwed up my root canal and almost all fillings needed to be redone as well as the root canal of which insurance would not cover again. The place was dirty and smelled...just like another review I was stuck there due to my insurance. Also when I wrote a review to the office about the cleanliness the next appointment I was confronted by a "manager" that assured me everything was "clean" in rudest possible tone ever..like I was crazy.. steer clear..you are better off taking dirty plyers out of the garage and pulling your own teeth before going there!

New London Dental Care is Amazing! Im on state insurance and everywhere else wants to pull anything and everything out thats even a minor problem. Not NLDC - Ketlyne my hygienist was so sweet and gentile, and made sure I got the best treatment possible. Everybody is extremely professional and helpful, the dentist I saw is great and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to everyone, especially those on state insurance.

I had a nice experience, every time that Ive gone. I had two teeth pulled, and then a cleaning recently. And the women who did my cleaning was very nice. I cant remember her name right now, but she was great. And then I had a filling done, and everything went smooth too. Also, Ive never had to wait very long , which is always nice. Overall it has been a good experience.

A few days ago I got my teeth whitening with one of the hygienist - Great experience. I was very please with the end result. My teeth were whiter after the procedure. The hygienist was very caring. She seems to enjoy her job. I will definitely get my friends some gift certificates for the teeth whitening procedure. Great dental office, friendly staff.

I had a cleaning with the hygienist Ketlyne / very helpful / she gave me a lot of patients information on how to care for the health of my mouth. The oral surgeon pull 4 wisdom teeth for me very smoothly. I was able to resume to my daily activities the very next day with no complication. Best experience ever.

Ive been coming here with my nephews for their dental care, its been a very great experience because they dont speak English but Ketlyne does speak creole so they were very happy to find someone taking care of them that can speak their language so they can ask questions.

Mrs Sheetal the dental hygienist did my teeth deep cleaning and turn to be a nice experience... because I suffer panic attacks...and I survive the cleaning treatment. she was very patient with me and took her time. very nice lady.
