I have been going to Oral Care Dental Group for more than 10 years and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care ranging from cleanings to implants. Following a diving accident years ago, I have had to have two implants done with Dr. Syed and his team to rebuild my top teeth. I am forever grateful for their expertise and help making my smile beautiful again. As a girl in her 20s, I cant tell you how ashamed I was of my missing teeth and flippers, but they treated me with compassion and respect through the entire journey. My first implant was more than seven years ago, when I had very poor dental insurance. Despite this, I was able to get the implant with the help of financing options like Care Credit. And when it came time to get my second implant, I could think of no better dental group to call than them!! And although I have moved to the New Haven area, you better believe I still make the trek to New London to see this team and to benefit from their professional service! Its worth the drive!!! I highly recommend Oral Care Dental Group!!

They didnt help me as much as I was hoping and didnt answer all my questions. I got an appointment quickly. Ive never had to wait too long. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I dont think they like to help people save money. Whenever Ive gone there, it feels like they care more about money than they do about me. Theyre always recommending an expensive procedure that I really dont think I need. How was it possible oral care said my tooth couldnt be repaired but I go to a different dentist he had no problems repairing it.Oral care has no chair side manner what so ever. I am paying for the work to be done to my teeth not getting it for free, Dont tell me it can not be done and someone else did an excellent job. Thank you for nothing oral care for I will never go to your office ever again nor will I recommend your services. Even if you were giving your services for free I wouldnt trust you ever again!!!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU Adesh Chawla DMD he was the dentist.....

I have been going to Oral Care Dental Group at least 2 times per year since I retired from the Coast Guard in 2009, so my review is based on at least 14-16 visits to Oral Care Dental Group over the last 7 years. Dr. Dave Snyderman, DDS, is my dentist at the practice. In short, he is wonderful, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Most recently I experienced significant pain and swelling around one of my lower molars, and Dr. Snyderman (and his admin team led by Angela) worked me into their busy schedule for a "same day" appointment ..... *Wow* ... cant beat that! Dr. Snyderman immediately identified the problem, and proposed a wonderful solution within minutes of my arrival. And Im happy to say that that solution did not involve a tooth extraction! In short, all my experiences at Oral Care have been very positive ones, and I feel very comfortable with their level of care and compassion. If I could give a 10 star rating I would do so ... because this team is a "class act."

I do not enjoy going to this dental office, their first reaction has always been to pull the tooth, even when I really didnt want that treatment. I fully plan on switching dental clinics. The Dentists do not have a decent bed side manner, and the lady who schedules appointments does not like to work with you. My wife had set up an appointment on my birthday once as a mistake,she then asked the lady on the other side if the counter if she could change it, and she told her "No" straight up just no. I went to the lady who deals directly with clients, and she changed it no problem. Seems like a messed up system to me. In my opinion, just because you have state insurance doesnt mean you should be treated on a lesser scale than someone who has a better insurance. Its not like I want to be on state, its the only insurance I can get right now.

Im not sure why i couldnt switch to write this review with my login. My names Nicole. Yesterday was my first time to this dentist office. Im a mother of 3. Put myself last for a while and im ready to smile again. From the moment i walked in the receptionist was great. I have very bad anixiety. I didnt expect to get my tooth pulled i was shaking and so nervous. She was so nice and she made sure i felt no pain during it. She was quick and she made me laugh while pulling my tooth. We spoke about getting my smile back and she listened to me and cared about what i had to say. When i left even all numb and gauze in my mouth i felt i finally found a dentist who truly cares about getting my life back with my smile. I highly recommend dr. Sorrentini. Shes amazing and im so happy to have found this dentist!! Very satisfied

I was recently in the hospital for for tooth pain scale on the pain was out of this world, I contacted oral care dental group and they got me in the next day and 2 days later I got 3 teeth pulled, I have horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist with smells, sounds and a bad experiences in the past, I was greeted with open arms by all the staff specially Angela at the front desk. The staff was more than comforting to my needs and I would never go anywhere else. Thank you oral care dental group of new london, and its staff for making me feel like I can have confidence again in that I wont have anymore issues with my teeth from the care you have given me. Fantastic! Theyre staff is courteous & always willing to help. Dr. Schneiderman was so kind and patient with my mother who was battling dementia. When my husband had an infection Dr. Schneiderman called him personally on the weekend to make sure he was okay and told him to come in on Monday morning if he needed to. The staff, especially Angela, went out of their way to help me get insurance approval for a very needed mouth guard. Ive referred many friends and relatives to Oral Care Dental because of their wonderful service and that they accept most insurances.

I highly recommend Oral Care Dental Group in New London CT. Dr Synderman is my regular dentist and I always feel comfortable with him. He is the best dentist Ive ever had. Dr Synerdman is knowledgeable, gentle and has great empathy for his patients. Ive also had some specialty work done by Dr Syed who is also great. I have my teeth cleaned regularly and the hygienists there are terrific. I am the worlds biggest baby when it comes to sitting in a chair at the dentist office but can sincerely tell you that you are in safe hands at Oral Care!

Ive been a patient of Oral Care for quite a few years now. When I first found their practice,I was in a lot of pain & they got me in very quickly to see the dentist. The staff always makes me feel comfortable & cares about my needs. The new location is very nice as well. I recently got my children set up to see them & it is very convenient to have the whole family at the same practice.
