My GYN referred me to Dr. Israel. First I called twice and left a message. They never called back. The third time I called I hit the # if you were a medical doctor to get a real person. I never had the opportunity to talk with her. Her reception did not have a friendly tone. Almost seemed annoyed that I called. She might be a good doctor but does not have the most professional staff. Too bad. I really need a good doctor.

I have a severe cold and have travel plans this coming weekend. We tried to reach the doctor several times and no one has called back. Dr. Israel is a highly recommended physician but for some reason her office cannot be contacted. I was able to get an appointment with my husbands doctor so I guess I will be taken care of but this is very frustrating experience.

One of the best doctors I have ever had. I had a short period of time to get a lot of bloodwork done and vaccinations/boosters and she was so great with helping me get it all done in time! I would highly recommend her to anyone!
