Bought new glasses, Dec 2016...went back twice and optician adjusted the frames. Still could not see clearly through bifocals which is important for my job as a Postal Delivery Associate; demanded to see Ophthalmologist. Dr. wrote new prescription...script sent out, came back and after inspection, sent back to redo...came back wrong again and had to wait until remodel to pick up...waited another month...got no phone call that my new glasses were in...was promised a gift card or something similar since It took nearly 4 months to get my prescription correct...Nothing received as of this writing.

Called yesterday, Left a message for them to call me back- never did. Went inside to order my contact lenses, they needed doctors approval for the brand of contact, and of course he wasnt in. I just called today, got the answering service, and got disconnected So angry right now, all I want to do is order contact lenses, this process is so much harder than it has to be They told me to call back at 9:00- I am a teacher, I work 9-3:45, then tutor 4:00-6:30, so how am I supposed to ever get a hold of them?

Been waiting on the right contacts for over a month. Doctor failed to place my contact order twice. The receptionist failed to place it once, so here i am two weeks after my visit and my contacts are yet to be ordered. Save your self the time and headache.

Very bad customer service. I was standing at counter for 10 mins with 4 people behind the counter and not one person acknowledge me until I spoke up. Sorry but even if you are busy at least acknowledge a person standing there.

Long wait times, high prices, and low quality frames. On top of that theyve messed up the prescription for both me and other members of my family.

Overpriced and very rude office staff from manager all the way down. Very long wait time. Recommend to find another dr will never go back again

Quick in and out. Bought contacts, price was competitive. Dr. Stanley has been great for years.
