Dr Coope is a kind, caring person who takes the time to make sure you understand your treatment and any options available. He also makes right any wrongs. For example, I had to wait an unusually long time due to an issue with another patient. He apologized sincerely and compensated me for the inconvenience and my patience. I definitely recommend him to others. I give four stars because some of the office procedures could be handled a little less stringently.
