I had the best experience today with Dr. Roberson. The staff at the front desk must be new because they were extremely helpful. The doctor listened to all of my concerns and did such an incredible job working on my back. He hit all of the right spots and worked magic. I made appointments to go back once a week for the next month it was so good. I dont know why there are bad reviews for this place. I also want to make an appointment for my wife to go see him because my experience was that good. This review was for an appointment on 04/28/2016

If there was a way to give NEGATIVE stars I would!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! The staff for Dr. Roberson is beyond unprofessional. The billing is so loosely managed that they even sent my account to collections without reason! I spent months trying to correct this issue. Dr. Roberson may have fair to decent techniques-but he is over priced and the cost (in wasted time and in administrative mistakes) for dealing with his ill qualified staff is outrageous. Consider yourself warned.

Starting from the Staff...no friendly at all, and a terrible service atitud. I would say too much attitud to be in a front desk. Dr. Oliver Roberson gets into arguments with patients frecuently, leave you waiting for more than 30 minutes, but if you get there 5 to 10 min late he basically refuses to see you with any excuse after arguing. If you are think in a relaxing therapy, this is not exactly the place I will go.

Better look somewhere else for a chiro, the treatment does not match the exorbitant price compared to other professionals.
