I began seeing Dr. Ted [Davidson] because of repeated headaches, but I value my visits so much that I continue to go for weekly adjustments even now that the headaches have disappeared. Palmercare takes a whole body approach and asked me about my work and sleep habits unprompted to incorporate additional adjustments, exercises, and advice into my appointments. Ive noticed improvements from everything from how cramped my shoulders feel to how tired I am throughout the day – issues I didnt even go in for in the first place! Anna, Ericka, and the rest of the staff are caring and always remember my name. The atmosphere is positive, and the scheduling is flexible. The care has exceeded my expectations.

A first time visit to a chiropractor can be intimidating. Not here. Whether over the phone or in person, Erica and Ana (front desk) have such a friendly demeanor, its hard not to feel like youve known them for years. As for my chiropractor, Dr. Ted, this guy is awesome! I came in because of lower back pain, and I have to admit on my first visit I was a little upset that he didnt just put me on the table and get to crackin, but instead he ran some tests, took x-rays and scheduled another visit. These guys really care. They want whats best for their clients in the long run, not just a quick fix. A few sessions later, my pain is all but gone. Palmercare definitely gets my recommendation. Five stars!

The staff is friendly and the office is neat and clean, but I did not feel comfortable entrusting my care to the chiropractor. I got a second opinion from another chiropractor on the expensive orthotics and supplements that Palmercare wanted to prescribe me, and they recommended I just buy high-quality orthotics from Amazon and work out rather than taking the supplements. The supplements were something Palmercare tried to sell me after the chiropractor conducted one unreliable test in his office... Others might be fine just getting an adjustment from here, but Im going to be getting my care somewhere else.

I have been going to Palmercare for just about a week and my severe hip pain is completely gone. Dr. Ted and staff were fantastic. They provided an easy to understand assessment for me (Piriformis syndrome) and I surprisingly felt better after the first spinal adjustment. Dr. Ted very promptly (within an hour of my call) provided a medical note for my employer so I can have a standing desk and more suitable/ergonomic chair. Ive been able to take his assessment to my primary care doctor and were working together for a full recovery. I highly recommend them to anyone in the DC area.

At about 5 months pregnant, I started experiencing some uncomfortable pain in my lower back. After speaking to my OB, they recommended I see a chiropractor. From my very first appointment, Palmercare has exceeded my expectations. Dr. Martin explained everything to me thoroughly and helped me understand why my body was aching. Since I have been coming to Palmercare my aches have disappeared, but I also now have the ability to prepare for a natural delivery with the assistance of Dr. Martin. I highly recommend Palmercare! Palmer care is an amazing place! They give you a tour of the office before you have you first session. When the doctor comes to see you he does a physical examination and also a nerve test to see which nerves are nothing acting the way they should. The second visit, the doctor goes over all the findings with you and the treatment he is wanting to go. I love PalmerCare and recommend it anyone looking for a great chiropractor.

THEY CARE! Everyone is so warm and caring and invested in your well-being, not just clocking the number of appointments they can churn out in a day. I wish every single medical practice worked like Palmercare. Whether its Dr. Ted or Dr. Aldwin there, or Erica and Ana at the reception they feel like family. Their relaxation room with the massage chairs is awesome!

After a very nice intro, they explained what they saw as wrong, what it affected, and a treatment course that would help solve the issue and lead to a better state of well being.
