I had surgery in Nov 2013. I had mesh put in for a prolapse at the age of 38. I woke up screaming. Ive never walked normally again. All Drs notes said I was doing great. I am going on 3 yrs of being completely disabled from this surgeon. The mesh was put in incorrectly, check his records; 19 lawsuits in a short time period. This practice put me in a wheelchair. Ive had 5 surgeries attempting to fix what was done to me. Staff is kind, but run. No Dr in Fl will testify against him so hes untouchable. My best friend had an ablation done in office by a female Dr. She was damaged beyond repair. Again, she cant press charges. Please, please be warned and save your life. No mesh. It isnt "a new, soft mesh." Please save your life. I thought the women complaining were just crazy health nuts. I was a runner. Now I cant work or feed my kids. Boston Scientific was the product and I was told the lawsuits on TV were from a very old kind that isnt used anymore. My nerves were severed rectally. I can no longer have relations.

Not a big fan of this practice. Waited for 2 hours and 15 minutes before I ever saw my doctor for my second appointment. He did not check all of my blood work and when I asked him about it he was surprised to find an issue with it. They would not give me my records same day when I begged them for them (and I was sweet about it), but made me wait because its their policy. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated personably.

Been to the Brandon office for several years now. Have seen Alice Honiker on all of my visits. She is so sweet. Just made my yearly well woman visit appointment & mamogram with her today for January. Everyone in the office is extremely professional & so very nice. Highly recommend!! :)

I have been a patient at this practice for years and LOVE Dr. Armas. He is very knowledgable in both traditional and homeopathic medicine. I have found him to be patient, a good listener, and kind, which are important qualities to me for a doctor.
