This morning I took my three children (ages 5, 7 and 10) to Greenburg Dental in Clermont. My expectations were low, considering the poor reviews and my only goals were to have my childrens teeth cleaned and examined, regardless of the customer service, wait time or other problems seeing how Ive never had a good experience with dentists, period. I was surprised when we entered the clean, welcoming lobby and were greeted by a courteous receptionist. The lobby quickly filled up with patients but there were no less than five receptionists, signing people in and out quickly. We waited for less than 20 minutes before my first child went back for x-rays. I expected her to return to the lobby and wait to be called for her cleaning, but instead she was taken straight to the exam room where her teeth were cleaned...immediately! My next child was called for x-rays right away, then the third. As soon as each childs cleaning was finished, Dr. Kasem began the exam. He was thorough, friendly, and professional. I have been to several dentists with my children, and typically we spend half the day there. We were in and out of Greenburg Dental today in just over an hour! They were incredibly efficient, and exceeded every one of my expectations. My children are actually looking forward to their next visit. Thats a testimonial in itself!

While I was happy with the dentist, the rest of my experience overshadows that. It is impossible to reach anybody on the telephone, I have left many messages with their answering service but I have not received a returned call. I have had three different appointments with them, all of which I sat in the waiting room for extended times (the last time I waited for over an hour!!!). Once I was finally in a room in the back I was frequently left waiting multiple times, one of which was over 20 minutes and all I could do was watch people go back and forth down the hallway. I was in the room next to their breakroom and could hear the employees complaining about working there. My dental insurance changed and I have been trying to reach them on the phone to update and to change my next appointment and its just impossible to reach them. When checking out nobody at the front desk acknowledges you. Im now just going to cancel my appointment and start over with another dentist. My recommendations is for them to hire an actual office manager, clean, train the staff, quit overbooking and treat their patients with respect and courtesy.

Do NOT, I repeat do NOT go to this place. Maybe other Greenberg Dental offices are okay but the one in Clermont is a complete joke! You will wait months to get an appointment, hours to get in even if you have an appointment and if you need to hear back from them for any reason, FORGET IT. You will never hear back. I went in for a biopsy of a growth on my tongue. Waited an hour & 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment before they even took me back. After the biopsy was done, they told me I would get the results within 8-10 days. It is now more than 2 months later and I still have heard nothing. I have called 8 times and left 4 messages. On the 9th try I actually talked to a live person who told me the doctor was in surgery and would call me back. So well see, I wont hold my breath. Imagine if the growth would be cancerous, I could be dead before they would even let me know! So you have been warned, go though at your own risk.

I went to Greenberg Dental after not having been to a dentist in a long time. I was very nervous about what they would say about the state of my teeth. From the lovely ladies at the front desk, to Dr. Kasem and his wonderful staff, the experience was better than I ever could have imagined. There was no judgment, no cold treatment, and I didnt feel like just another person on a cue. There was a genuine concern for my well being and an earnest desire to give me the smile I had wanted for so long. Estelize (I hope I spelled that correctly) made me feel at home, even offering a blanket for procedures that were on the longer side. Dr. Kasem was very patient and took great care not to cause me any pain. John always greets me with a smile and hug. The ladies behind the front desk always remember me when I come in. You are in great hands at Greenburg Dental, and I would and have recommended them to everyone I know.

Went in for emergency, in excruciating pain. Was in waiting room for 2 hours. Was a girl there affiliated with the place somehow, maybe an employee because she walked to the back several times talking to the dentists and assistants and girls behind the front desk. She was there with her 3 kids and I actually saw her take her kids files and place them before the others (including mine), so her kids were called back first. I waited 2 hours. Finally got in the chair and was literally crying by this time. Was told I had to go to another location to get the tooth out. Called 10 other locations the next morning, getting a huge run-around when I was finally told that ALL of their oral surgeons were on vacation until after Christmas holidays. The next day I paid a local dentist $300. to pull the tooth. If you see a Greenberg office, run the other way as fast as you can.

I recently relocated to Clermont, Florida and was looking for a new Dentist since I was having tooth pain. What attracted me to Greenberg Dental was that they accepted walk-ins and offered Saturday appointments. I arrived at the Clermont office location with so much anxiety and when I arrived I was seen my Dr. Shovon Kasem. He is the most compassionate and caring Dentist. He truly takes the time to listen and explains every step of treatment. I would highly recommend him and his staff. From the moment I walked in Evelyn, Patty, John and Dr. Shovon Kasem made me feel relaxed and were all very friendly and very compassionate. Great experience and I would highly recommend Dr. Shovon Kasem and his entire staff. Thank you for making me feel at ease and relieving my pain and anxiety! Love this place!

We went there for the first time today to the Greenburg in Clermont! The secretary in the front desk and the staff on reception were very professional and friendly! Robin did my x-rays and prepared us to be seen by Dr Aron Walker! This dentist is very professional, friendly and did a throughout excellent dental exam and he took the time to explain what needed to be done and since we dont have a dental insurance he did a discount and offered us to use the dental insurance offered in the office! Overall our experience with this dentist, the staff, the dental hygienist, the x-ray technician and the secretary and the reception was excellent and we will recommend this place without hesitation! This is in our opinion the best dentist and dental office in Florida and around the world!

I frist time came here. I chosed this location b.c I recently moved to this area. This is the worst experience I had in my life. My cleaning appointments was at 10:30am. I arrived at 10:15am to fill out paperwork. 10:50am i was called to have an xray. My Xray done at 11am. I waited until 11:30am then Dr came and talked with me for less than 5. I went out to wait again. 15 later i was called in for cleaning. The hygienist was an asian guy who started asking me things not related to my appointment. My cleaning was horrible, UNBELIEVABLE IT WAS NOT EVEN IN 10. I have very tight teeth and HE COULD NOT EVEN FLOSS AND SIMPLY TOLD ME TO DO AT HOME. I felt like i wasted my insurance money and my time on my life. DEFINITELY NOT COME BACK FOR SURE.
