They cancel appointments without notifying you. They always are running behind schedule. Prepare to be taken at least an hour after your appointment. I needed a new night guard and they said they would just sell me their $99 soft night guard. Then I asked them why they would sell me the soft one if Im a heavy grinder? They then said the one I really needed was $400. I said ok, and asked them to find out how much insurance was paying. They said they would call my insurance company then call me. A week later I called to follow up and was told they werent calling insurance for me. I had to call myself. They offered to call initially or I would have taken care of it a week ago. I told them never mind. I will gladly find another dentist. Dont go here. Its not a good practice. I dont think they know what they are doing. Im going to have another dentist examine me just to make sure nothing was missed by the incompetent people that work at this office.

Due to insurance change I went to this facility. They wont do a cleaning and a check up in one visit....a little inconvenient but alright. After x-rays I had a brief glance in my mouth and then told I need an invasive four session "deep cleaning" with antibiotics. This "needed" procedure at $800 was my only option as they refused to do a regular cleaning. At no time was a gum probe made. I went to my old dentist and sure enough he confirms that this procedure is not only not necessary but potentially very harmful....especially doing the entire mouth. He just shook his head. Too bad Aetna uses such cheap greedy dental mills....stuck paying out of pocket with my old dentist.

This particular office of Great expressions is outstanding. Dr Patel and Dr Broderick are right on. They are thorough, professional and more importantly personable. Christine, the dental hygienist is amazing as well. This is my 4th dentist office in Cape Coral. I left all the others due to unnecessary procedures, charges and poor bedside manners and utter disatisfaction. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes and have been going to the office for 2 years and have appointments every 3 months.

I have been a client for several years and the service is always great. I always work with the same Hygienist - Christina - who does an awesome job. I like that consistency. Dr. Patel is very personable and understands how important a great smile is to her clients. The reception staff is very accommodating as well. All around a great place for dental care.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Best of all, the Dr. did not try to upsell , as most dentists have. She removed a wisdom tooth without making a big deal. Coast dental charged 3 times as much to remove a family members molar, saying it might have been a difficult removal - (it took 20 seconds). We will definitely return.

Dr Patel and her staff are excellent. I have never seen such a thorough Dentist, she explained why i need the treatment and how she will do it. very helpful and friendly dentist . She explained how to take care of gums and why i need deep cleaning. Awesome !

I saw the Periodontist Dr Pette. Hes excellent and really works with his patients to understand what needs to be done, and how to take care of the gums after treatment and in the future.
