IF you can EVER reach the office you will get....Terrible customer service! The BOY who answers the phone (claims to be the owners Lindas son) is RUDE IMMATURE and DEFINITELY needs to be put in his place lil punk! They have lost us as customers due to the lil boys attitude.Humane society people are NICER, EASY TO REACH and dont keep putting their paying customers on hold for 30 min or more... and then yell at them when you hang up and call back...WORST BUSINESS PRACTICE EVER!! You have lost us as customers.

I love love love this place ! The prices were great the staff was amazing I have no complaints . This is the first place I have been to that really makes me feel like they care about my dogs well being and not about trying to make a dollar everywhere they can, I even received a free ! flea and tick comb and collar from the sweet english lady and her son who happens to be the owner he was a very sweet and handsome man

I took my dog here in May. Today I brought in my cat. Both times my experience has been very good. They try to get you in the room quickly , and the techs help you understand what procedures are being done to your pet. All of my questions to the DVM and techs were answered. The front desk staff is very nice as well. I left there feeling quite satisfied.!!!

Ive been coming to United humanitarian for over 10 yrs w my pets. Reasonably prices and very good care. Getting better as theyve added rooms and are opened longer and are now getting exray machine. My only complaint is sometimes it takes too long but overall its a very good service and everyone is very caring.

Worst experience ever. I was quoted one price over the phone, then when I went to pay for the services, it was three times higher than what was quoted. When I showed shock, the owners son spoke down to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Ill never step foot back in that place.

Hands down the BEST prices for services . I took my dog to get his teeth cleaned and i was in shock when they told me the price i had to double check with the receptionist if she was sure she was pricing me correctly i would differently recommend this place to anyone on a budget.

prices cant be beat and they have a caring people which is just as important. I care for a small colony of feral cats plus have several domestic cats. Ray does he can to help with cost and insuring they all get quality health care.
