Medical Center West has been wonderful in every way possible with our little River. We just came cross country and I have come to known in past times that it can be difficult to find a new vet whom you enjoy being around and feel comfortable leaving your pet with. The staff at Center West are so warm and welcoming. We had to recently have our puppies dewclaws removed from his back legs and it was a 10 day heal with the cone on, but they healed so well within 7 days that they were able to remove the stitches early and we have had no trouble since. I highly recommend Dr. Cifranick and his staff at Medical Center West!

I was sent to the Animal Medical Center from the Beaufort Courty Animal Shelters manager because my service dog Ivy had gotten out and was hit by a car. I can truely say, that I have never been treated so good after making a mistake that could have cost me my dogs life. The entire staff was professional and caring . The way they handled my Ivy was like she was a piece of precious crystal . Even with my special circumstances , they took care of her needs. I give the whole staff five stars and 10 At-A-BOYZ! God Bless the whole crew! And Dr. Cifranick You Rock!!!!!

Dr Cifranick saw my girl (house cat, mixed breed) at 2000 at night and did EVERYTHING he could think of to help her after she started throwing up randomly. He didnt charge anything unreasonable and saw her for 2 follow ups to make sure we did her take home meds correctly and that she got better. He had a specialist consult on her X-rays to make sure everything was fine (no additional charge to me) and really made me feel better without knowing anything about us. We will definitely go back and theres no other vet or vet clinic for our little family!

Our experience has been such that there are no silly questions, no question is left unanswered, and each explanation is given in a patient, understandable, and medically comprehensive manner. All of this makes it clear that our dogs are at the right place and in the right hands. If you have animals, this is the place to go!

Dr. Cifranick is one of the most kind, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring vets I have ever dealt with and AMAZING with my fur babies. This office is immaculate, the staff exceptionally friendly and polite, and they always make my pets feel at home. I recently adopted a rescue puppy and took her to the vet for a check up and to address a few rashes. Dr. Cifranick was attentive, professional, and very informative. He took his time and answered all of my questions very respectfully. Dr. Cifranick was able to give me several treatment options/recommendations and advice for raising a new puppy. I was very pleased with the service and Im looking forward to using Dr. Cifranick again in the future.

After a very expensive bill from a different veterinarian which called for x rays and other tests, I came to Animal Medical for a second opinion. They gave me an appointment that day. They were up front with costs when Icalled ahead. They were great with Cuillin and had great pawside manner. Dr. Cifranik is a legend and great. He diagnosed kennel cough and saved me a ton of money. My furry friend was so nervous and not feeling well. We went to see Dr. Cifranick and he could immediately tell she was anxious and conducted the entire exam on the floor petting her. His staff also was on the floor with her giving her vaccinations. This was by far the best veterinarian we have ever seen and will most certainly be back. Keep it up!
