I am disappointed that everything about Animal Wellness World says they are progressive and integrative, but when I took my cat in, who has previously been diagnosed with food allergies and is allergic to poultry, for a UTI, the only course of treatment that was recommended was an SO diet that uses chicken as its only protein. I do appreciate that on the first visit the Dr. came in on her day off to see us, but follow up was spotty and non-existent in the end. The office staff and techs were friendly and helpful. Maybe I wasnt worth the time, although I did spend over $700 there. Thankfully with the help of another vet and a Healthy Pet food store owner who has seen cases like ours before we have a treatment plan and my cat is much better. There was no effort to educate me, or to offer alternative courses of treatment. I was looking for an integrative vet who would educate me on the best ways to care for my pet without the lazy recommendation of RX diets and conventional methods and thats not what I got. If my cat could eat poultry I may have tried it, but she didnt seem to understand that. The diagnosis was helpful, but you can find Holistic Vets on the Internet whose websites offer more help than what I got for treatment. I was so frustrated I am now taking courses on feline nutrition for myself. I guess everything happens for a reason. I wish them and anyone who goes there all the best.

After many years in Brevard County FINALLY we have a vet that fits our lifestyle perfectly. Doc is the "fusion vet" of Brevard County, the perfect harmony of eastern and western medicine. After sending referrals to her it also seems that she has the uncanny ability to know which way to go with her clients regarding more natural herbal or the standard Americanized vets many people are used to.She has the knowledge to educate on important factors not previously addressed by many vets, such as food! Doc is there to fix yout animals issues, not put a band aid on them and cime back unnecessarily every six weeks. We LOVE Doc Ragona, Karen and Barbara and crew. Our pack of animals feel the same way too? WOW! Georgeous new facility with great courtyard, amazing planters and impressive succulent gardens and a great Asian vibe. Seperate rooms are great spread through out the compound. If I didnt know better I would think she had the place built just for her. Congratulations on the move and continued success.

Doctor Ragona gets a full five stars from us. And deserves every single one of them. The staff is also first rate. She has been our vet of choice since about 2009 when she was a mobile vet, making house calls. We continued with her after she opened a practice in Cocoa Village, which was a 30 minute drive for us one way (passing several other vet clinics along the way). Recently she has relocated her practice to 3149 N Courtney Parkway, Merritt Island, Florida, a much larger facility. Which is where we will be traveling to in the future. Now, if she moves north of Jacksonville (a 5 hour round trip for us) we might possibly have to consider getting another vet. However, it would be a very hard decision to make.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. Dr. Ragona and her staff are all very caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. I never feel rushed here. This is a small office but they are always able to accommodate me when it comes to appointment times. They do a great job of making sure the waiting room isnt full of people, so if you have a pet that is anxious you dont have to worry about them encountering a bunch of other animals. I always feel that the time set aside of my pet is special. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.

The doctor and assistants were both knowledgeable and caring. I felt terribly bad about reaching out to them on such short notice (but had to due to several walk in clinics not taking us in due to full schedules; By the way I dont recommend not making appointments because it puts a burden on the staff. me and my family were just very tight on how far we could go to get our dog more immediate care) Here at The cocoa village animal wellness center, they were unbelievably kind and merciful to us. Weve moved around the country quite a bit over the years and its not often we find a vet we like. Dr. Ragona and her assistant Karen are both caring-friendly professionals. I highly recommend them for your dog and cat health care needs. We live in Titusville and drive out of our way to get the best possible care for our 4 legged family members.
