The receptionist was friendly on the phone when I first called to make an appointment and when I first arrived to the center, but soon turned out to the be quite the opposite, complaining about any question I could possibly made (like... where is the bathroom, while I had to wait 45 minutes to finally see the doctor). Talking with the doctor seemed somehow interesting but at the end he just told me to wait in the room and actually... never came back. After a while someone came and told me to go to the reception where they had a document ready for me to sign where I would commit to pay a $4000 treatment that the doctor had not bothered mentioning or explaining to me during consultation. I asked them to email me this so I could at least show it to my husband and discuss it with him. When they did this I wrote back asking a couple of questions that they never bothered answering, as also didnt answer the voicemail I left on the phone later, when I called and I mentioned how not happy I was with the service received and how I wanted to give them an opportunity to work it out before leaving a review. Nothing. So... I went there because saw good reviews but I must say, this time, that didnt help me much at all. This was for me a very poor experience, had to drive with my 3 year old for one hour (plus one more to come back) and pay for a consultation that didnt give me anything back but frustration.

I injured my back and came to space coast advanced health for help, and it was a wonderful experience. The whole staff there is incredibly caring and loving to their patients. It is so nice to see a staff that enjoys what they do! Dr. Alukonis is also very kind and he pays attention to detail. He tells you what he is doing and why, which is very nice. I always feel better after getting treatment from him. Now my back is almost completely healed, and I am so grateful for him and his staff. I wish more doctors offices were like his.

You are first greeted by a very friendly staff who directs you to the waiting room. Your short wait is accompanied by good reads and an intellectual video starring Dr. Alukonis himself. Doc is very knowledgeable and helpful. He works with your specific needs until you are feeling back to 110%. I highly recommend Dr. Alukonis

Between sitting at a desk and being in a nursing program 40 hours a week Ive been in so much pain. Coming to Dr. Alukonis has definitely saved my back. An adjustment and spinal decompression has me back to moving around without pain. Definitely glad I came!

I had heard such good things but was disappointed. My visit seemed very rushed, none of my concerns were addressed, nothing that was done to me was explained, and I had new pain after leaving in my back and neck. Nice people but I would not go back.
