I have had a few dealings with Dr Seths office staff and Im not impressed at all. Her so called Office manager, Olivia is rude and has no people skills or empathy to speak of. Im not sure how she keeps her job. I have heard her on many occasions yelling down the phone and generally lowering the tone of the front desk. After witnessing a recent incident with Olivia I have decided to transfer to another pediatrician as I just cant take her rudeness anymore. Dr. Seth, if you get to read this review, I would seriously consider replacing Olivia as she is not the face of a professional doctors office. Im not the only parent/grandparent who feels this way. We do chat in the waiting room and the overwhelming consensus is that she is a detriment to your practice. Were sure you can do better!

Dr. Seth treats her patience like family.. She is very thorough and makes the patient and family feel at ease. The girls in the office end are caring and wonderful. They go the extra mile in all areas. Even if its just getting my little girl a glass of water while she is waiting for her brother to be seen. My son needed immediate treatment due to a sudden rash. I called and they said bring him in as soon as you can! She also excepts almost all insurance including medicaid. I could go on and on about our experiences in her office. I highly recommend this practice.

DR. SETH IS EXCELLENT! I have been here many times and will continue to use Dr. Seth because she is a great doctor and a nice lady her staff is friendly and even when I call with short notice she makes room for me. Thanks Dr, Seth From Jessica and family

Im not taking my kids back here. I went there 1 time and they didnt help at all..i tell the doctor things that are wrong with my kid and the doctor didnt say nothin just ignore everything i asked her.. I dont not recommend this place at all.

I have 7 kids at this office- the staff is great with all of them! Olivia is wonderful! I give her 5 stars!
