The entire staff is great. Amazing helpful people. Dr. De Diego on the other hand is incapable of operating; I had an infection which was taken care the prior week at his pediatric centre by Dr. Judith Villalobos she informed me that within a month of my prescription being done I should do another test to make sure that everything was in check. A week later/Today I went to pick up my results and Dr. De Diego took me in and wanted me to take a urine test saying that he wanted to check that the infection was gone and then another urine test 2 weeks from now. When I told him that Id rather take my urine test 2 weeks from now because for sure my infection would still show up and Judith had told me to wait a month, instead of explaining in depth the reasons as to why I have to do it now he went off on me... told me to never come back again and that he is going to report me to the health board. As I was paying $25 to the receptionist for him just reading my previous results he came again and told me to not talk and get out. I am honestly disgusted with his lack of professionalism and he truly shouldnt be taking care of patients while hes trying to scam you making you pay for extra tests when you do not NEED them. Judith Villalobos in the same centre; if you HAVE to go there make sure she takes care of you; she is professional and has been taking care of my family for approx. a year

Be prepared to wait hours to get attended. Came here for a vaccine and it has been 3 hours I havent even seen the doctor yet. People are constantly leaving from the frustration of waiting so long. Who has the time? Very unprofessional, they should tell you the wait times upfront and have more doctors available on busy days. Plus it looks to me like they take long fabulous breaks despite how long patients have been waiting.

Dr. De Diego is a nice doctor who takes the time to see each child with the same patience and professional attitude; however the wait time is excessive and the attitude from his staff is not the best. Something else, they make you go through dr.s visits as many times as they can, even to give you analysis results that are normal; therefore, we, parents have to lose time from work very often and unnecessarily.
