After my 5-year old daughter stuck a bead in her ear, I brought her to Dr. Chu to have it removed. Dr. Chu came highly recommended from a close friend of mine who also saw Dr. Chu. The Office staff was very accommodating. Although they had a very busy schedule they accommodated us and my daughter was able to obtain an appointment the same day. My daughter was so afraid when the pediatrician tried to remove the bead that she couldnt hold still to allow the pediatrician to remove the bead. Dr. Chu was incredibly friendly and patient, explained the procedure to her in a child-friendly manner and gently/easily removed the bead. Dr. Chu and his support staff were kind to accommodate me and my daughter the same day we called, and I would recommend Dr. Chu to anyone seeking an ENT Doctor. Thank you Dr. Chu!

Balloon sinus dilation (BSD) - the procedure I had on a Saturday morning April 22, 2017 - went so well that I thought I should share with others with this review. A little discomfort and one pain pill in the afternoon, and that was it - a much better experience than I had imagined and I think the results will be fabulous - my breathing through the nose improved dramatically the first week. After suffering chronic sinuitus for over 40 years, I anticipate lots of relief with a lot less headaches and other symptoms that Ive had for so long. Thank you Dr. Chu and Betsy, his assistant, and Maria who Ive called in the past for prescriptions, and to the rest of the staff - a very courteous and efficient crew indeed.

Excellent Doctor.!! I had a tonsillectomy Oct 27, 2016 over at Surgical Park at Dadeland procedure was excellent. Only reason why I am not giving all four stars is because of the way I was handle during the procedure. Even though I signed a consent about a "possibility" of broken teeth I ended it up with 4 fracture teeth!!! Once again it could happen but to four of them is kind of strange. Making me think they are not as professional as they should be. NOT referring to Dr CHU he is a gentle Doctor but I think he needs to talk to the assistants he uses over at Surgical Park Center.

Fell and broke my nose. Needed an emergency follow up visit with an ENT doctor. Chose Dr. Chu due to his great reviews and location to my home. His staff graciously gave me an appointment asap. Upon arrival to the office the staff was very efficient. Wait time was short. Loved the way Dr. Chu took time to explain my condition and potential concerns. He is a great doctor with a kind and patient demeanor. Highly recommend.

Dr Chu and his office staff were excellent. We were on vacation and my daughter had two ear infections and they were able to see us immediately that day and in two days later were able to be seen to remove the ear wick. He saw us in morning on a day that he doesnt have appointments. Very caring
