This Dr. wont see you unless you pay your insurance deductible and this only for one reason. The receptionist who takes care of the insurance payments is literally a RUDE MONSTER. When he saw me, he said you need a biopsy, let me go out so they find out how your insurance works. I figure it was a simple question. Later he sent someone to break it down that I need 3 biopsys at the price of 500 or so each because my insurance wont pay this claim. Crying I went home because I dont have the money, until my friend told me, why dont you call your insurance? Mind me I did. I talked to 4 people in Coventry who ASSURED ME that if it a procedure is done inside his office I ONLY have to pay my 40 dollars copay. You know what she tells me? Your insurance will only tell you what you want to hear and I have been doing this for 28 years. What? These people have been ripping people off for 28 years???? Listen awful crew of rude people, masked with your nice smile, GO SCAM SOMEONE ELSE!!!! You might have nice offices, but thats all theres to it. Your secretary is a CLOSED MINDED MONSTER! Find another Dr. all these people care is that you give them your money, not about you. And I havent even find if he was suggesting an unnecessary procedure. Probably. But if what I have is bad and I die. See you in hell. I hope I never ran into none of you. You disgust me.

No idea why these bad reviews. Dr. Perez is an excellent endocrinologist. I have been going to him for almost a year. The wait can sometimes be longer than I want to, but I have learned to expect it .This has to do with him training medical students/spending a lot of time with each patient. When it is your turn in there, both the medical students being present and him giving you so much attention is a great advantage, it is what makes him a great doctor.

Horrible experience with the front lady, she was rude and disrespectful. She didnt even let me go in for my appointment because she didnt want to call my insurance to check that I was covered to see the doctor. She was rude and sent me on my way with no explanation.
