La Doctora es excelente,trato amable,comprensivo,compasivo,se toma su tiempo para explicar.La espera en la oficina fue casi de 3 horas aunque dicen que no es lo usual y se disculparon por eso.Hubiera dado 5 estrellas sino fuera por la senora (la mas mayor) que trabaja en el Front Desk que es bastante descortes y que en menos de 5 minutos la escuche decir tres veces:"Eso no esta permitido",incluyendo palabras como "hippa" como si el paciente tuviera que conocer acerca de esto.Para trabajar con pacientes hay que tener mucha paciencia,y no todo las personas estan capacitadas para eso.Si subsanan ese error seran los mejores!!!!!!

Gracias ante todo al equipo de Perfect Fits Care. Despues de llamar a varios podiatras, fue en la unica oficina que pude lograr una cita para el mismio dia , el dolor del pie derecho no dejaba dormir a mi padre, el cual es diabetico, fue incredible la atencion, a los minutos de llegar fuimos atendidos, le tomaron placas le hicieron chequeo fisico y sanaron su dolor, la profecionalidad, la amabilidad y la magnifica educacion del equipo de esta clinica convirtieron un dolor en una sonrrisa. GRACIASSSSSS

This review is only based on my experience with the staff not the doctor because i didnt even got to see her. I made an appointment a week in advance. I went to my appointment on a saturday and after signing in and filling out the papers they usually give you, the receptionist came to me and said; I can give you an appointment for monday because i cant verify your insurance, the system is slow. :o uuuhh i gave you my insurance info a week from now when i made the appointment. Hmmm you had a a whole week to verify it, and after I drove for more than 20 minutes to get here, now you are going to tell me you cant verify my insurance. No thank you I am not coming back, not even monday. First you are way to far for me an two If this is not working already that might be an omen. So took my ids, left and not coming back. saddly i didnt get a chance to see the doctor after driving for more than 40 minutes, back and forth plus paying toll twice aaahhh what a waste of time, gas and money.....

No soy de las personas que escribe reviews pero la verdad quede tan feliz y satisfecha que quise agradecerle a la Dr Perez y a todo el grupo de personas que trabaja con ella. Mi pareja fue por un dolor muy grande en el piez que casi no le dejaba caminar. La Doctora fue muy profesional nos dedico suficiente tiempo nos explico todas las opciones y tratamintos. La atencion y el trato fue increible gracias Dr Perez y al tan buen equipo con el que trabaja.

Horrible Service

They have the worse service in the world. They have the most incompetent people working there including the doctor. To start off they had me waiting 3 months for my records.. Yes 3 months. Then when i called the Hialeah location because i needed them to help me with a procedure that they were recommending the receptionist said that the doctor COULDNT help me because the circumstances have changed. I ask them to call my insurance to solve the issue to explain why i needed what they had requested. They said that they couldnt locate the doctor because she was off and that they dont have her personal phone number (Yeah OK) . They have no interest in helping their patients.. This isnt the first incident with them. THEY ARE INCONSIDERATE OF THEIR PATIENTS TIME AND THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY. I would recommend everyone to STAY AWAY from this place. They are extremely rude and incompetent.

Estuve recientemente en la oficina de la Dra Juliette Perez y quede muy sorprendida con el profesionalismo y sobre todo la calidad humana que tiene el staff en general. La Dra es muy carismatica y a simple vista se nota que ama su profesion. Lleve a mi nina debido a una fractura en un dedito y todos fueron bien pacientes con ella. Su recuperacion ha sido notable.

My husband and I went to see Dr.Perez about a month ago. I had terrible heel pain that started about 6 months ago , my husband in the other hand has fungus on his nails, TERRIBLE fungus and his skin was very scaly. My experince in her office was fantastic everyone was so helpful and professional. Dr. Perez was very knowledgeable, also she was very kind and sweet. I left the office very happy I started my treatment I can tell you my heel pain is almost gone and my husband is doing the Laser treatment and MY GOD how his nails are transforming, and his skin has cleared completly!! I can recommend Dr.Perez 100%! Thank you so much Dr.Perez & STAFF

I schedule an appoinment with this doctor and never got to see her. I went to her consultory in Hialeah and it was terrible. The front desk assistant is rachet as hell ( una chusma), no manners whatsoever. Anyway, the reason why I went to see the doctor was flat feet and then they took x-rays of my feet to tell me the same crap that I already knew and charged me $25 per foot because supposedly my insurance didnt cover it and then Intended to sell me $350 insoles. I fell ripped off afterwards. I never got to see Dr. Perez, but she should really look into the kind of people she has working there.

I WENT TO DR. PEREZ WITH MY SON WITH SEVERE FOOTPAIN FOR SEVERAL YEARS.DR. PEREZ DIAGNOSED THE CAUSE OF MY CONDITION AND TREATED IT EFFECTIVELY.SHE WAS COMPASSIONATE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.SHE IS FOLLOWING UP ON HIS CONDITION TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS OK. NOT ONLY THE DOCTOR BY HER STAFF IS GREAT ALSO HER OFFICE IS VERY CLEAN... MY SON LOVES GOING THERE !!! THANK YOU DR. PEREZ FOR YOUR GREAT AND HARD WORK !!!

I took my dauther to Dr. Perez for foot pain and the service was excellent from the first call to make the appointment to the very last minute when we left. Dr. Perez is a very loving and caring Dr. which are very difficult to find. Her staff knows the meaning of teamwork, and the office is just great. I recommend her services to anyone that is looking for a very talented and caring podiatrist.

Dr, Juliette Perez is one of the most knowledgeable Podiatrists I have met. I took my grandmother to visit her and she was able to pin point the problem right away. The staff was amazing and the wait time was less than 10 minutes. The staff (like the doctor) were very knowledgeable and caring. One of the best Podiatrists experiences of my life. Highly recommended!!!

Over an 1hr and 45 mins wait. Receptionist is beyond rude and inhospitable. They book everyone at the same time so the wait is ridiculous. Dont bother wasting ur time. This dr office doesnt care at all about the patient. My grandmother has alzheimers and they were rude to her. I left. Will never take anyone i love or care about there. Big mistake .
