Rude, uncaring, irresponsible staff. I made my appointment with this office over a month ago. They reconfirmed my appointment the day before. After driving 45 minutes to get there, the very RUDE receptionist said the Dr. could not see me because my referral had expired. This did not make sense because my primary sent the referral also a month and a half ago. I asked the rude receptionist to help me rectify this with my primary and she REFUSED. She said this was my responsibility. I was floored. I went back to my primary and they could not understand why Dr. Waters office did not call them. My primary said they would have taken care of whatever error in 5 minutes. Needless to say I will NEVER recommend this practice ever and certainly will NEVER go back there again

One of the worst experiences I had dealing with a doctor. Dr. Waters is nice I would always make an appointment with him and then a different doctor would see me instead which was extremely frustrating. I felt like I had to be my own advocate like the doctors werent on my side and only cared about me coming back for the visits as opposed to helping me. Dr. Raj I believe his name is was terrible I waited almost 2 hours just in a room to be seen to then get zero answers. Needless to say I wont ever be going back.

Brilliant doctor with terrible front desk staff. If you can get past the front desk Dr. Waters will spend time understanding your needs....be prepared. Be ready to describe your issues and have questions ready for him to answer. Know what treatments/medications you have tried that have failed. He was the first to help me after many years of seeking help from other doctors. He knows the most up to date treatments.

Dr. Waters is a great doctor! Hands down one of my favorites. He actually takes his time with you and you can tell he cares. Ive been seeing him since I was about 10, and overtime hes always expressed the best options for me and made sure no matter what I visit other practitioners in order to see how my organs are functioning. He takes no risks! & Best of all... Hes not a pill pusher! :)

I agree with June. Hes caring and very thorough. There was a spell when some of the longtime staff had to move out of state, and the new staff was mediocre, but they were replaced, and the current staff is helpful, friendly and efficient. How anyone cannot like Dr Waters is incomprehensible.

Wow I cant believe this guy is a Doctor. Awful experience! What a waste of my time! And I read the reviews above and I dont think the staff has changed one single bit for the better. They just look at you and act like theyre in outer space. Except one staff member seemed okay. Zero stars!!!

Obviously the people below had some axe to grind. Dr Waters is the smartest and friendliest doctor ever. His office staff is wonderful. I highly recommend him to anyone with an arthritis disease, fibromyalgia or osteoporosis. Trust me youll be very pleased.
