I was recently diagnosed with something that forced me to be rushed to ER. Im so young the hospital staff kept asking me during questioning if my primary care physician ever gave me any idea hat this could happen since there are early signs. I felt like an idiot becasue he did not. Looking back, there were so many signs especially with my family history that he knew and he said nothing. With all the blood, urinary, and ultra sound testing you would think they would have notified me but all they ever said that I was fine. Trusting this office with my health is one of my biggest regret in life. They are not mean but they are also not meant to be in business. There was not only one sign but at least several that gave earl indication of my diagnosis. Im regretful that I was able to switch. What made it worst was that when I came out of the hospital and told them that I needed to check up with a physician in 3-5 days per hospital policy, they said they cant see me for another couple of weeks. They should really be more stern on how doctors operate their practice.

WOW These people are a nightmare! I have been going to see Dr. Herrera for 15 years. Its been 4 since my last visit so when I called, they told me I would be considered a new patient and I cannot be seen for 2 months. Ok, fine... The girl was so rude I asked to speak with someone else... Some lady who refused to give me her name gets on the phone before I can speak she says "Stop screaming at me" are you serious? She said Ok June 17, no June 27, no August. I said excuse me can you slwo down please She started using profanity and hung up on me when I called back, Melissa answered and hung up on me again. I love Dr. Herrera, BUT I WILL NEVER GO BACK! please be BEWARE of these awful people. You are dealing with sick people and have 0 compassion. This is sad, there is not one person in that office that should in the Medical field. After this I am filing a formal complaint and will not stop until its resolved so that Dr Herrera patients do not have to deal with this treatment!

Its sad to see that people use their personal frustration to attack someone elses reputation. Ive been with Dr. Herrera for more than 10 years now and always being treated with courtesy and respect. Of course the staff sometimes is overwhelmed with impatience patients (I guess this makes perfect sense!!!! Most people that go to visit a Dr. is usually in lack of it!!!) and I have to wait a little longer at the waiting room, but its like any other office. People forget to be thankful when everything is good. I really appreciate Dr Herreras impeccable character and professionalism, he is always there when you need him, always friendly and caring. I would give him only one suggestion.......prescribe some chill pills for those complainers and impatience patients, maybe then we can be more easy going. Ps: Its not a easy task....try to put yourself in their shoes for once. Thanks!

Doctor Charles Herrera is a wonderful Doctor to work with. His office manager Lee and Debbie who does the referrals are very unprofessional. The sit in the office all day and play, curse, make slurs about lesbians and being ratchett and ghetto.They never get any work done. If you call to get a referral done Debbie will put the paper to the side until she feels like doing it. Lee is a very bad example of an office manager. She plays, dances, and curses all day long. The only time she acts like an office manager is when the Doctors wife Kathy is coming into the office. The office is not that big. They lose charts, throw patients papers away and tell the patient things were never done. They talk about the patients bad. Very unorganized and unprofessional office

The Doctor is a very thoughrough individual, he takes his time to evaluate your concerns. Now as for his STAFF! Especially that PATRICIA WOMAN AND THAT SO CALL NURSE SANDRA! UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, INSENSITIVE, NASTY, TWO-FACED, ETC. SANDRA the So-Called Nurse never understand when she is spoken to, she interprets things in her own little head and in her own little way. She doesnt speak English to hold a full professional conversation, she doesnt listen which leads to her always giving you the wrong information about something totally unrelated to your call. He needs to RE-EVALUATE his Staff in order to have a successful medical practice.

Dr. Herrera had been my sisters doctor for a long time. The last time she saw him, complaining about dizziness and nausea, he sent her home with a script for anti-nausea meds and told her to make an appointment with an ENT. She died shortly after, because he did not recognize womens symptoms for a heart attack - which are (in case anyones interested) shortness of breath, weakness, unusual fatigue, cold sweat, dizziness, nausea, and discomfort centered in the high chest. If I could give Dr. Herrera no stars, that would be my preference!

Very unprofessional staff! Especially Katherine! She works as the so-called office manager, but she has no business interacting with the public. She is rude, belligerent and belittling. They used the wrong code when billing a claim to my insurance company and instead of correcting the issues (which has been unaddressed for almost a year) she was dismissive and beyond disrespectful! Stay away from the office of Dr Herrera.

NOBODY is better than this guy take my word for it! Ive seen so many worthless doctors over the years that are sure to have you in and out in 15 minutes take your money and who cares about the rest. Doctor Herrera truly about all his patients so be prepared to wait! Sometimes he runs super late so be ready but he is worth it! I never leave disappointed. A big thank you to Dr. Herrera and his team!

This office will have no consideration of your time. No less than 1 hour in the waiting area. If they know the doctor takes more time than usual with his patients, then they should schedule accordingly. Unfortunately, them getting a payment for the visit is more Important. Believe the previous comments. They are mostly true.

Nothing has changed in this office. I worked here 2 years ago. Still a very unprofessional office. Rude, work never gets done, cursing, playing around. The Dr. needs to do something about this before he has no patients. I had to leave here.
