Very dissappointed! As a physician you agree and accept the role of getting to know and taking care of your patients. You would think that every doctor knows that. Not Dr Ayala. Apparently he is not aware that physicians may very well be on call sometimes when they are away from the office even after closing hours. So if you have a dying relative at the hospital and all you wanted were a couple of questions answered by your Primary Care Physician you would think when you call the office and reach the after hours then automatically get transferred to the doctor himself that he would be aware of the chances of getting a call right? Well guess what guys?! NOT Dr Ayala. When I called with concerns of a family member thats practically dying at the hospital he clearly stated and I quote " The information you got from the hospital should be accurate and I am home eating. I am having dinner and there is nothing i can do right now " DISGUSTING! Im very resonable with people especially considering im in healthcare too I mean I would of even taken a call back or anything else but that ridiculous answer. DO NOT GO TO HIM if you are looking for a doctor with compassion and interest in your care.

Soy hipertensa y me negaron refill de mis pastillas hasta k no viera a la Dr. porque supuestamente estaban preocupados por ya iba a ser un año k no iba Cuál es la preocupación? Cobrarle al seguro médico? Porque obviamente mi salud no les interesa pues me dejaron sin mis pastillas teniendo yo una condición médica de por vida No estaba desconforme con la clínica pero hoy por hoy pongo en duda su ética profesional

Horrible customer service. Wont let you leave the waiting room because youre apparently up soon yet always end up spending at least 2 hours there just for every doctor to rush your visit. Would not recommend to anyone I know.
