Dr. Alvarez is a great Doctor however; his front desk staff need some work. Mimi his assistant is awesome everyone else is rude and has an attitude all the time. To top it off when you call you are on hold for 20 minutes and you will be lucky to get someone on the phone again before the call drops and you have to start the whole process again. Wish he had better front desk staff I will definitely recommend him, however; front desk is what makes a doctors office and in this case he needs a change of personnel.

I have been a patient of Dr. Alvarez since 2006. He is an awesome doctor. Dr. Alvarez listens to my concerns. He does not make me feel like a dollar sign like many other providers have.. Whenever I have had to change insurance due to work, I make sure he is one of their providers. The office staff is very professional. Mimi is a sweetheart. Dr. Alvarez does have a lot of patients at times in his waiting room but that just goes to show how great he is that everyone wants to see him.

Doctor Alvarez is a great doctor really pays attention and listens to his patients . Unfortunately the minute you open the sliding window is a nightmare . His wife is very nice as well as Mimi, but there is another lady who needs costumer service skills and perhaps someone needs to take her to a comedy show. She needs to smile and enjoy life a little more specially when she is dealing with the public
