I started with this practice with DR. Ben Reiter... He has finally retired I have both Dr. Rosenberg and Dr. Sommer... First off let me tell you I have had the most excellent care for many years. People get upset because they make an appointment with one Dr. And then they see another. Get over it, emergencies happen and and thing people have to moved around. You could have rescheduled if its such an inconvience. Insurance changes on. A daily basis, when they run you insurance when you come it and its approved, and then you receive a bill... Thats the fault of your insurance company because they have not. Finished updating their systems. Mistakes happen, but let me ask you how people actually read the insurance updates? How many read all the paperwork when applying.... So before you rate a doctors office on things beyond their control, rate them on their, care, concern, treatment, their concern... On what you were there for....

The staff is friendly, competent, and they really care about their patients. You are never rushed through a visit and the doctor takes the time to talk with you about your health matters. Ive been going here for years and I couldnt be happier with the care I receive.
