When I call to make an appointment, my call is answered promptly and kindly. If you have an emergency, they are always willing to make sure you get an appointment to be seen! They have a staff that are so nice, understanding, polite, and want to make sure that you, the patient, are taken care of. I see Rob Parsons, and he is wonderful! He definitely understands his patients, cares about them, and is ready to always do what is right for you (the patient). The staff has been very courteous to me, and my family. My husband & I both see Rob and he is wonderful at his job! You can tell his patients come first!! I used to see Rob at PsyCare, but followed him to the E.L. Community Center because as a bipolar patient, its hard to find doctors that already understand your health & disease! East Liverpool Community Health Center has gained a wonderful man that WILL ALWAYS PUT HIS PATIENTS FIRST! :) Thank you for letting me become a patient when he moved to your site!!
