I am a Pediatrician that has practiced in the Weston, Pembroke Pines and Cooper City area for 19 years. I have known and worked with Dr. Bauman for many of these and know very well his excellent work ethic and his dedication to mental health and the well-being of his patients. He is superbly trained and keeps updated with courses at Harvard. Equally as important, he has a magical touch with adolescents and creates this trust bond with them that is imperative in any Psychologist/patient relationship, he makes these kids open up and allow the therapy to sink in. He communicates well with parents and keeps them in the loop while protecting the patients privacy, parents do not feel left out. I have referred many patients to him with 100 % confidence that they are in good caring hands. I actually trusted him with a relative and the results were excellent! That patient still remembers his time with Dr Bauman as a pivoting point in his life. I thank Dr. Bauman for all he does with my patients and he is one of my favorite go-to guys for psychologists in this area.
