I went to be seen over my acne and it seems Dr Quang and the med student were much more concerned over my 100000 freckles than actually looking at my face. I get that they want to stop skin cancer but I was not there for that nor did I appreciate being pressured into getting my freckles removed because they could possibly be precancerous. After allowing them to check my arms and legs, take pictures, and listening to them talk about my freckles I denied having 3 removed until I got a second opinion. My 2 previous Drs had never said anything about them. And I kept being pressured. I was asked to explain what Melanoma is as if I had any obligation to do anything. I wanted to talk about my face and that really didnt happen. Very disappointed.

I have found Dr. Quang Le to be an excellent physician with a very pleasant, affable manner who has treated me and my family for 10 years in a totally professional manner. Dr. Le has NEVER suggested anything additional beyond what I came for. Hopefully Ill be with him for another 10 years. The comments here about waiting times are accurate-I have waited anywhere from 5 minutes to over an hour and indeed the waiting area is not very pleasant. The way I deal with it is to be prepared to wait and bring something to occupy yourself.

Short wait time, less than 5 minutes! I almost cancelled my appointment after reading previous bad reviews. I do not have time to sit and wait in a waiting room--no matter how good the doctor.... and luckily that was not my experience. Parking is easy, waiting room is clean. I saw the nurse, the PA and Dr Le. All very thorough, gentle and polite. I do not have any complaints and would recommend to anyone.

Horrible. Patients beware. Expect to wait at least 2 hrs with a packed waiting room. You will see the Dr. for less than 5 minutes with a student standing over his shoulder. they will then send any biopsy you may have to "any lab the Dr. Chooses" which can lead to high out of pocket costs. This is a very poorly run office and should be reported to the State.

I trust my entire family to Quanq Le for skin checkups and fixes. Despite running a very busy office, his staff is very friendly and makes sure to cut down waiting time. Nothing bothers me more than having to wait long time when you have an appointment. Quanq is compassionate and very professional. Highly recommend him.

Its a very poorly run practice where a 9:30 am Monday appointment is still not seen by 10:00 am. Yet another dermatology "mill" where patients are overbooked and crammed into waiting and exam rooms. I sought treatment for burn scars and was innundated with cosmetic overload. Ive had better experiences at Meineke.

Dr. Le is an orthodontist, not a dermatologist, so I think the previous poster is talking about someone else. So far, were really happy with him. Hes great with kids! The staff is very nice. Now if we could just teach our son to stop losing his retainer...

Dr. Quang Le is a dermatologist. He is so nice and very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend him. However, I agree the wait time is inconsiderate and out of control. Plan on 1-2 hours of waiting to be called in.

Left on hold for 20 minutes trying to make an appt. Finally hung up and checked reviews. Apparently everybody waits over an hour even if you have appt. Ill go somewhere else.

Wonderful doctor! Found melanoma on me & did an amazing job removing it. So what if you have to wait for your appt! A busy doctor is a good doctor!

Dr. Le (male) is great but his wait times range from 1-1.5 hrs so plan accordingly.
