I have had two experiences with Dr. Teathers office. The first visit took quite awhile, but I found Dr. Teather to be personable and thorough with my 8 year old. My major issue is when my son went back for his dyslexia test on 12/9. He was turned away because we had not paid the bill from the previous visit. We had not received a bill to pay as of yet. We rescheduled the appointment for the following month because he only does the test one day a month. I finally received the bill and it had not even been printed until the day that we were turned away from my sons appointment. In my mind, that is horrible customer service. Talk about putting the mighty dollar before your patient. We would have gone elsewhere for our sons appointment, but Dr. Teather is the only one that we could find to do the dyslexia test.

I am an adult who needed strabismus surgery for double vision following 3 botched cataract surgeries elsewhere. Staff was efficient, friendly, very competent. Dr. Teather explained everything fully & was very patient with me, a terrified patient. If not for this gifted surgeon, I would have been left with double vision so severe that I needed glasses in the shower. The office is very child friendly, too. We are very blessed to have found Dr. Teather, and we highly recommend him and send our thanks for a job perfectly done.

My daughter Mz.Riley enjoys Dr. T he is very famous and excellent with what he does I recommend him to Everyone he doesnt rush Dr.T is very pleasant and thorough and he takes pride in his work Im so thankful for him along with his office staff they are very polite and kind individuals very respectful even on the phone I mean I couldnt have been referred to a better Doctor he is the BEST in town no offense lol thank you all so much we will see yall soon God Bless

I have been bringing my children to Dr Teather for the past 6 yrs. i agree that he can could use better bedside manners towards me. But he is great with my children, too the point, and as efficient as he can be. There are not a lot of pediatric ophthalmologist in Brevard county and he has a lot of patients and not a lot of time. My son has always been seen in an emergency situation, with no appointment as soon as possible

Appointment was at 2:30. I arrived at 2:20 to allow time to fill out paperwork. Was taken into the first room at 2:45, was quickly dilated, then sent into another waiting room for a half hour, even though my eyes were fully dilated 10 minutes in. It is now 3:35 and still no doctor in the third room.

Great surgeon. The surgery was a complete success. He cared about my well being and answered all of my questions. He is straight forward because he cares. If he gives you advise I suggest you take it. He is a brilliant and caring surgeon.

could work on bed side manners. staff is too busy playing with phones to help. takes a very long time to get anyone to answer phones or return calls. there are other pediatric eye doctors that do better.

Dr. Teather and his staff are a friendly hard working group of people. They care about their patients. The wait can be lengthy, however its worth it.

The wait in the office is WAY too long. The Dr. & staff are not kid friendly. Very surprised that this is a pediatric practice.
