This lady should NOT be in her line of "service". She has absolutely horrible people skills, zero compassion and NO patience. I walking in to have a birthmark that has expanded in width and a mass growth underneath it looked at. First of all there were about half a dozen people in the waiting room scheduled to see Dr. Sanchez at 2pm. There was an hour and a half wait before sent to a second waiting room. Once sent to an examination room, without a greeting and before I walked into the exam room she asked, what could she help me with. Before I could finish explaining what I was there for she asked to see it. She glanced at it for a split of a second and said "its benign thats nothing" and this is where my consultation really went south. I asked Dr. Sanchez to please explain what it was, to which she responded: it would take too much of her time to explain to me what this was. It would be faster if she cut it out and biopsy it to prove to me shes right (Im an uninsured paying customer/patient) she followed by quoting me how much it would cost me to have this biopsied and to ask for payment right away. I continued to ask for a little more detail and/or explanation as to how she knew this was nothing to worry about, to which she responded "I have been doing this for 20yrs, thats how I know". I continued to ask for more detail and after about my fourth attempt at being nice and her repeating that "it would take too much of her time to explain" I was forced to remind her I had just paid for her time ($125 as a matter of fact, Im uninsured) at which point she began to stumble on her words and stormed out..... On my way out I saw 2 other patients in the lobby complaining about the same type of treatment. BEWARE OF THIS DOCTOR!!! Find someone else!!

no stars! I only had to click on one so this is posted. They cancelled my appointment twice and the second time less than 24 hour notice. Please do not rely on this doctor. SHE JUST DOESNT CARE!

Just called this office...I asked about a cyst removal on my forehead..The person on the phone said..we dont do that...what kind of Dermatologist doesnt remove a cyst and then hangs up on you

Horrible communication skills. The receptionists have no clue what they are doing and get frustrated at the patients. Very stressful do not go here.

Worst waiting time ever.... apointment was at 1pm and did not see the dr. Until 2:06 . And then she spent five minutes with me.
