Zero Stars! The wait time for this doctor is very unreasonable. This is not the first, or the second, nor the third time that my appointment time was over extended, but it is the LAST TIME, as I have no more patience with this doctor or her unprofessionalism. If you do not have anything else to do with your time besides go to the doctors office and wait, then Dr. Lopez-Luciano is the perfect fit for you. Because of the long waits when I do make appointments I make sure to tell them to schedule me first thing in the morning. I get there and I am waiting literally 2.5 hours. Today was the final straw, I decided to walk out because the doctor was still no where in site and signs of me being seen was no where near. I refuse to continue to have this lady (Dr. Lopez-Luciano) bill my insurance company for her unprofessionalism. BTW, when she finally sees you, YOU ARE RUSHED and shes with you no more than 5 minutes. So why the long wait times!!! Close does not mean convenient so I am going to find a more professional doctor.

The wait time for this unprofessional doctor is ridiculous! After you wait in the small lobby for 2-3 hours (not exaggerating) she comes in the room and only wants to spend 10-15 minutes with you. I expressed to her and her assistant that I came for multiple symptoms and needed to know the cause of the pain I was feeling. She stated “I only treat one symptom per day, per visit, per patient” she stated she had “a full office and could not spend an hour with me” (side note: I’m a self- pay patient… this was only my second visit) I was baffled by her response! Of course, I would never go back to this doctor. My advice, save yourself the torment and find a more professional doctor.

Im not sure what people expect from doctor offices now a days but I have always had superb service from Dr. Lopez Luciano. Her no BS character is honest and commendable unlike other doctors who seem to take advantage of the system. Not only has she always been spot on with my symptoms but she has given me sound advice (given the allotted time she dedicates to each patient) with each visit. Dr. Lopez Luciano has my highest recommendation.

Great doctor....Yes, the waiting time is long but worth it. I prefer a doctor that takes time with the patient than a drive- thru doctor. She has been my primary care physician for several years (10 +) and has always provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment during every visit and for every issue Dr. Lopez-Luciano Luisa and her staff are the best.
