This was the worst experience Ive ever had! The wait time was well over an hour, even though I was the 2nd appt of the day. The office is very dated and even worse, dirty. This is like something out of a bad film. A James Bond film. The Dr was cold, didnt offer any advice or suggestions regarding my recent copd diagnosis. No offer of checking my lung capacity to see if it had gotten worse in the last year. No advice at all. I did a lot of talking, she barely made eye contact, and offered nothing at the end. She didnt even look at the medical records that were transferred there by my previous Dr. Her appearance was not professional - no lab coat, and just dishelved appearing. I didnt see any framed degrees anywhere and at that point, I was really beginning to wonder if this was a legit practice. It was like going back in time about 40 years or so. And that in itself would be ok.. without everything else. When I asked for a xanex script, due to panic attacks, and just to have on hand in case, and not to be taken daily, I had to fight her to get them. I felt like a drug addict at that point, and couldnt understand why this would be so difficult to secure 20 .05 mg Xanax for 1 year!! Wth!! I was ready to give up on that, as Id been surviving without them, and I was mainly there for a referral to a pulmonologist. When I stated that she finally did write me a script, but gee... And this was all after telling her Im very into everything natural, and will always go natural versus rx, unless necessary. If she would have looked at my record, she would have seen I hadnt been prescribed anything rx last year, inc Xanex. I never did hear from the pulmonologist, the main reason for my visit, even though I was told I would be contacted by them. And I never called them to find out why, because I knew I could never return to this office. This entire experience was very unusual, and very bad. The staff seemed bored and jaded, receptionist was a bit friendly, assistant seemed uncaring just as the Dr. It also seems this Dr runs behind constantly. When I left there were 4-5 ppl in the waiting room and she was the only Dr there that day. Taking time is one thing, but she was not thorough and she did not take much time with me. Maybe with others. Very bad at adhering a schedule. I dont recommend this place at all, and would advise to steer clear and stay far away from this office.

It was my first visit, and Dr. Vlasii took a whole hour talking to me, and getting to know me. I dont like to take medication. Id rather eat right and exercise, and let my food be my medicine, unless something is going on that is life threatening. I get acupuncture, and choose physical therapy over surgery and drugs. Dr. Vlasii was very respectful of my beliefs, and took the time to educate me. You can learn a lot on the internet, but its best to verify medical things with a real doctor. She was also very thorough, and actually took the time to do an examination herself. I really like her. A lot. Its been many years since I had a medical doctor who was so thorough, and patient, and respectful. Sorry if you had to wait. The front desk told me to ask for a longer appointment next time, so she doesnt get behind, answering all of my questions.

I am so happy to give Dr. Vladimir a rave review. I have been seeing her for about a year and feel so lucky to have her as my doctor. She is so caring, compassionate and thorough, and just saw me through a very bad infection that required a hospital stay. It was her perfect and swift diagnosis that helped me recover so quickly and I am thankful to have her available whenever I need her. Her staff is caring & professional and always seems to fit me in without much of a wait. I hope Dr. Vlasii stays happy here and contines to serve our community

This doctors office is all over the place. 1hr or more wait times to be seen on occasion. Also, I tried to get a referral to a specialist and was asked to wait a week to hear back. After I called them back 2WEEKS later they told me the specialist doesnt take my insurance and to go look for a specialist myself and get back to them!!!!!! Completely lazy..... Please note I had no issues with Dr. Vlasii, just her staff.

This woman was absolutely cold. I mean cold cold. She didnt make me feel comfortable at all. She questioned 8 years worth diagnosis (with second opinions) all because "SHE" thought i was to young to be this sick. When i let her know my concerns with her she rudely dismissed me. Good luck.
