I am not feeling to give not even a single star to this place; worse front staff that I have ever seen in my life. Nobody is there to help you out. I do not understand how they are surviving in healthcare industry. They chose this career to service and care people; they should not belong to healthcare. Especially the famous lady named Marlene. My parents had to wait almost 3 hours to see the doctor. Nobody answers the phone. Even my uncle had to more than 2 hours to see the doctor. Worst experience ever. Please find different doctor for yourself and your loved ones.

I walked in 9/14/15 the WELLINGTON LOCATION and approached the front desk and stood there for a solid 5 min and the woman did not even acknowledge i was there. She then looked up and said "ok what can I do for you". I was not impressed, she didnt even say hello. After our brief conversation a patient came up his appointment was at 2pm it was 245 he asked an apporx how long it would be the girl said there are 3 waiting in the rooms and one more in front I have no idea, (attitude) He walked out.. Enough said...

The lady that answers the phone at the Wellington office is very rude I called yesterday at 9 am and asked how much my copay is bcuz I wanted to make sure I had the right amount of money with me she never called back so this morning on 2-2-17 at 9 am again I called got a different lady who has absolutely the worst customer service she was very nasty and rude about everything and then hung up on me I need to find someone who is higher then her that I can complain too

Absolutely the worst bedside manner. Im am insurance agent and would not refer this doctor or his practice to any of my clients. The doctor didnt even shake my hand and barely made eye contact. He was not interested in getting to know me just spewed, cut down salt and lose weight. Just awful experience.
