Horrible!!!!!! I cant say much for the doctor I never got to me her or any of the doctors that work in that facility. This was my first time taking my daughter to a dentist, she is about to turn two and I wanted to get her used to going to a dentist at a young age, also concerned about a tooth well her appt was at 12pm mind you I got there at 11:50 just in case I have to fill out paper work. I didnt reach the front desk window until 12:01pm because of the line there was and than I didnt get any paper work to fill out, I was asked if she was a new pt I responded yes than she said have a sit we need to verify her insurance we will call you to the window. Okay so now 45 mins have passed (since I work for a doctors office I know how it can be hectic so I didnt want to bother but 45 mins!!!!!) I get up and go the front desk window and ask is my daughters insurance okay? is she going to be able to be seen? do I need paper work to fill out? Her response we are still verifying her insurance! okay again I work for a doctors office one of my job description is verifying insurance doesnt usually take that long but again it was my day off and I know how hectic it can be so I sat back down now its 1:30 when i get called to the window (at all this my toddler is sleepy because her nap time is coming up at 2) since they are paperless/electronic medical records she asked questions I answered and signed electronically. So i ask her now how long before we get called in, her response soon. Well to make a long story short that soon never came it was 3pm when I decided to leave that horrible place because people came after me were called in, I kept asking her response was soon I would ask how soon your next she would reply and then 10 kids would called in after mine!!!!!!!!!!!! Once again I cant review the doctors for I never met one, they are probably nice but there staff sucks!!!!!!! Never got the right response from the front desk at one point she even told me to wait by the door they had my daughters chart in there hands but 10 kids got called in and my daughter never did. To not make a scene since there was so many people I just left and called from the parking lot to say I left and the person who answered asking me what my daughter had done I replied nothing she never even got called in after 3 hours of a wait do you think I got oh I am sorry, nope nothing!!!!! This place was horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

Horrible,pobre atención y larga espera en el salón para que te llamen,y la doctora adinerada al fin superarrogante de tan arrogante es una estupida y solo responde los reviews con 5 estrellas pero no los malos que son causados por culpa de ella y de su personal,hoy habian cerca de 100 personas dentro del salon de la clinica 4 o 5 horas para una app eso es pesadisimo para los clientes GRACIAS A DIOS MIS HIJOS NO VAN A VISITAR MAS ESTE LUGAR,LOS LLEVE A OTRA CLINICA Y SUPER,CITA PARA LAS 12 Y TE ATIENDEN A LAS 12,NO COMO ESTA CLINICA CITA PARA LAS 12 Y SON LAS 4 Y TODAVIA ESPERANDO PARA QUE LA ARROGANTE DOCTORA VEA A TU HIJO,QUE DICHO SEA DE PASO NO ES UN NINO SINO UN SIMBOLO DE DINERO,SEGUN ESTA CLINICA MI HIJA TENIA 3 CARIES Y EN LA NUEVA CLINICA NINGUNA!!!!QUE SORPRESA PARA MI QUE NO LE IBAN A ABRIR HUECOS EN SUS DIENTES POR EL GUSTO!!!

Horrible experience !!!The doctor, Dr. Tejeda was rude and arrogant from the second she walked in the room, She did not even introduce herself. She was cold and unapproachable.! She spoke to me as if I was ignorant. Children get nervous, its a normal reaction. I dont know anyone that enjoys going to a Dentist!!! Her job is to provide comfort so that the child can relax and trust her. Instead she had the audacity to label him "misbehaved" because my child was experiencing nervousness, maybe due to her harsh exterior and poor bedside manner???? To make matters worse, she humiliated my child further by saying it out loud in front of everyone! There is a difference between being nervous and being poorly behaved, but she is too unprofessional and ignorant to understand the difference. Its hard to believe she works with children!To make matters worse, I guess she thought my child did not understand Spanish, apparently during the procedure she began talking about me negatively to her assistant. She should lose her license. How incredibly unprofessional and insensitive! This is disappointing because the facility is lovely, the majority of the staff is nice. She ruined the experience for us 100%

Siempre la mejor experiencia, en ocasiones la espera un poquito larga pero definitivamente vale la pena! Llevo a mis niños con ellos desde pequeños y es increíble como de tenerle tanto miedo a un dentista han pasado a disfrutar las visitas a AC Pediatric Dentistry, unas Doctoras siempre dulces y super especiales y un personal muy capacitado y profesional!! Super recomendados! Mis hijos aman este lugar!!

To Rosa Otero... Welcome to Hialeah! Almost everything sucks in that place. If I were you (which I have a 2 yr old kid as well) I would go to miami childrens Dr., and office around Coral Gables or a Memorial Health system Dr. In Broward since their staff is a little more knowledgeable (college wise) or at least, they are up to really work! In Hialeah, you will only find little girls at Drs offices, who either care more about how cute they look or how cute they sound on the phone and even verbally competing about who has the richest husband or the best BBQ, rather than real employees (females or males) who come to work and just to work!! (This is my personal experience at this type of Drs offices talking to you) Good luck to you in your next appointment!

I took my 6 years old high functioning autistic son to that place today...it was a really bad experience for both of us.I never get to see the doctor because we had to go out of that place...the technician was not patient or caring...she did not took time to engage a little bit with my son and she also suggest me to tie him to a bed to take the radiography...I told her that it was going to be a big trauma to my son to tie him and that I just want her to take some time with my son and tries to be more empathic with him..just to talk with him a little but she was a little rude...so when I said that I was going to go to another place then she tried to engage with my son...TO Late...harm done.We just leave that place and I am trying to find a more caring place!

Best dental practice EVER! Everyone that works there is amazing! My twins have been going there since they were babies. Everyone in that office welcomes you with a smile and kindness. The hygienists make the kids feel very comfortable when doing their x-rays and cleanings. Words cannot begin to express how thankful I am that I found Dr. Cabrerizo. She is an amazing person and top notch cosmetic pediatric dentist. The twins LOVE going to her and that says a lot since many fear going to the dentist. If you want a top notch pediatric cosmetic dentist, Dr. Cabrerizos practice is where you should go. She is simply...the best! She works out of Joe DiMaggio (which I highly recommend) and Miami Childrens (Id highly recommend Joe Di Maggio over Miami Childrens).
