When I arrived I noticed I shouldve brought a shoe-horn to park my car in their tiny back lot. This was one of those times I was truly worried I would scrape my car against something. When I walked into the waiting room it was standing room only. There mustve been 20 people ahead of me. Fortunately, they werent all there to see Dr, Saenz. I was called in within 1/2 hour and another 1/2 hour before I actually saw the Dr. The doctor is competent and gave the diagnosis I had already expected. I wouldve given this place a higher rating had it not been for the fact that it IS impossible to get a hold of them on the phone. Dont bother leaving a message, either, as they wont call you back unless you call the insurance carrier to complain.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SO CALLED DENTIST!!! SHE WILL CHARGE YOU FOR WORK SHE HAS NOT DONE WITH THE CLAIMS THAT SHE WILL DO IT LATER AND NEVER DO IT.....I LEFT HER OFFICE SHORT OVER $1500 DOLLARS AND WITH A WORSE INFECTION THAN I WENT IN. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DIRTY OFFICE.... THEY WERE UPSET BECAUSE I CALLED THEM OUT ON NOT CLEANING THEIR EQUIPMENT. RUN!!!!

all I could say about my experience there at Reginas is, that it has been great. the staff is great and very friendly, Dr. Saenz is super knowledgeable, and a great surgeon. Overall this has been my go to dental office w/o a doubt.

Amazing staff and service at Regina Saenz. Dr. Sáenz is great and the people are friendly. From my experience there was almost no wait time the few times that I been there. There should be more offices that follow their example.

Though the waiting room is small and usually full, my experience getting my wisdom teeth removed was not as bad as the reviews made it seem, they assured me the instruments were clean and the procedure itself went smoothly.

Great experience. Almost no wait time. Went to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Staff was really friendly and constantly asked if i had any questions and made sure i was comfortable. Would highly recommend.
