Raymond Lowe

Doctor was pleasant and so was the assistant, but the customer service there is the worst. I called to get a referral to a different oral surgeon to get my wisdom teeth extracted and they as asking me why I need one since they already gave me a referral. I explained to them that the ones they referred me to are not in my network covered by my insurance and they proceeded to tell me that they cant help me since they only deal with those two referrals. Dont expect any kind of service if you go here, I got there 12:55 for my 1PM appointment and I sat there until 1:20 when all the staff came strolling back in from lunch laughing up a storm. Not one person apart from Dr. Hosseini was in the office they all went out to lunch at the same time and had patients waiting while they get back late from lunch. Many choices for dentists, this is the last place I would go. Sorry I made the mistake to go here.

I recently visited the office of Dr. Hosseini at the weston location. I was in a tremendous about of pain. I called on thursday and the next appointment available wasnt till monday. I accepted the appointment still in a lot of pain. The next morning I woke up and my tooth was in even more pain I called the office the office manager let me come in within the next 5 min, Everybody in the office took very good care of me and accommodated all my needs. My tooth was worked on and all the pain is gone. I am very happy with the office of Dr. Hosseini. I will recommend all my family and friends!! Thank you very much!

Friendly, personable, and technically competent. Nice little office and personal service in an intimate practice. Has a lot to recommend it. I personally had to leave because I found that while it didnt increase my bill, she was billing my insurance company for more expensive procedures than actually accomplished. There was also the one time that I came in for one procedure and she performed a different procedure without informing me about it until the bill came in. A bit of a surprise. The insurance paid for the procedure and it didnt hurt that much but it was my last appointment with her.

they are unwilling to provide documentation to you to help you get the finances you need to do the work in the treatment plan. All i asked for was a letter of medical necessity so that my job could assist me with the cost of the work that needed to be done. It was always like I was asking for too much so I decided that I will go elsewhere since it is too much for them. I will never consider them in the future as well or recommend to anyone else for that matter.
